Crazy J is in his office and a man in a suit is standing at his desk.
Man: Listen to me, you guys need to stop spending so much money. J you purchased a huge house and cars for everyone in the asylum family and you have been warned of your current finical situation after the law suits you have received.
Crazy J: Listen i know how to save money, you are fired.
Just like that the scene fades out and the start of the show plays.
The scene opens up backstage outside Jason’s locker room, Page Harris is outside the locker room ready to do an interview.
PH: Page Harris here and I am about to interview Jason “The Sensation” Stevens who hasn’t been seen since he taped his first, and only, promo this week, hopefully he hasn’t changed his plans again.
Page mutters the last part under her breath as she goes to knock on the door.
JS: Ah Page, I was hoping I’d get here before you.
Page nearly jumps out of her skin as Jason sneaks up on her.
PH: Don’t sneak up on me like that Jason, and for that matter we have an interview to do.
Page says regaining her composure.
PH: So Jason, why did you disappear after your first promo?
Jason grins.
JS: Simple really, I didn’t need to do another promo.
Page blinks in confusion.
PH: I’m afraid I don’t follow.
Jason shakes his head.
JS: To put it bluntly, Goth called me late Wednesday night telling me that Eric had a family emergency and therefore couldn’t do a promo so the match was off, so I spent the rest of the week relaxing.
CS: Yeah, watching girl on girl porn.
Jason turns to his sister who has just emerged from the locker room.
JS: How’d you....
CS: I could here the cheesy music and the fake orgasms miles away, you really need to turn the volume down next time you watch one of those films.
Jason just shakes his head and enters the room, and the camera goes to ringside.
Stormy Canyon: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and is under Television Time limit of 30 minutes!! The first wrestler to come down the aisle stands in at 5’7 and weighs in at 175 pounds!! Hailing from Las Vegas, Nevada!!! He is Jason “ The Sensation “ Stevens!!!!
The opening riff for "Halo" is herd over the PA, as soon as it Rob Flynn starts the opening verse Jason emerges from the back with his sister Carry not far behind, the fans boo him but he ignores them and walks down the ramp, he slides into the ring as Carry takes up a position at ringside and waits for his opponent.
Stormy Canyon: And his opponent, standing in at 6’4 and weighing in at 245 pounds!! Hailing from Hollywood, California!!! The Ego Killer!! Eric Corrayo!!!
The lights go out as the opening guitar rift begins for "Knee Deep" by CKY. Then all of a sudden red pyro goes off filling the stage. The lights shoot back on and "The Ego Killer" Eric Corrayo is standing at the top of the ramp with his smug smile. The fans begin to boo, but he doesn't care as he struts to the ring. He walks to the ring jawing back and forth with the fans. He walks up the steps and makes his way into the ring. He jumps onto the top rope and starts yelling at the fans as his music fades out.
Tex Martin: A former champion wanting to get back on the winning trail and a man that was so close in winning it but coming up short against Staniak.
Duff Travers: Yeah, that’s the story of his life. Coming up short. I… What the? What’s Goth doing here?
Goth’s music hits as the co-owner of the AWA walks out to the arena, he holds a contract in his hand as he is looking angry towards Eric Corrayo.
Goth: To prove to the world that nobody is bigger than the company that me and my partner is running is the prove in this standard contract that everyone has to sign in this company!!
Tex Martin: He looks angered
Goth: In this contract states that you have to do your appearances in every town that we crash into as promotional purposes.. And you Eric? You failed to do so in three different cities!!!
Goth walks halfway the entrance way as he stares into the eyes of Corrayo
Goth: It also states that for every match you are in, that you at least have to do one promo. And you Eric? You simply forgot to give yourself the time and space to open your mouth and face this man in Jason Stevens? You do know what the penalty will be if you fail to do so isn’t it Eric?
Duff Travers: Is he going to fire Corrayo again??
Goth: You know the penalty Eric and firing you wouldn’t be something that we all haven’t seen before is it Eric? Oh no, this time we will have you think over your sins as you are suspended without pay until this coming months HELLNIGHT!!!!
Tex Martin: Whoa!! Corrayo is suspended!!!!
Goth: And to make it all interesting for you Eric, you will have to fight your way to your precious championship belt by facing the very best to determine the number one contender for the Universal Championship… But if you fail to show up one more time Eric… I will fire you FOR GOOD!!!!
With that Goth turns around and walks to the back as Eric Corrayo is being escorted out of the arena by security.
Erik Black walked into Goth’s office dressed in a fine Armani suit. He still didn’t look very well. His eyes were sunken in and his face was still a chalky white color. Goth motioned for him to sit. Erik did so.
Goth: I asked you here tonight to make sure that you know Toxic Angel is a Templar. And that you should treat her as such. Your past words about her have angered her a bit.
Erik ginned.
Black: You did not bring me to the AWA to make friends, Goth. You brought me here to destroy your enemies and bring you ratings. I do both of them. You know me, Goth. If I see a weakness in the chain, I speak of it. We are only as strong as the weakest link. The truth is, I felt that you were trying to off me. I was in the hospital with internal injuries and you stuck me in a tag team match against the strongest man in this entire place. And you gave me a weak woman to watch my back.
Goth: I did so to prove a point. I know that you are better than Falimetahos Moordune. He was to be the number 1 contender had he won. It was a test. I knew that you could take him, even in that condition. You are a warrior like no other that I’ve seen, Erik. Nearly as good as myself.
Erik laughed to himself.
Black: Nearly as good? I surpassed you during my second year of ju jitsu training, my friend.
Goth: I’m gonna pretend that I didn’t hear that.
The scene then went to static.
The arena lights dim as many voices of laughter are heard as Crazy J walks out with Skull Master next to him. Skull Master is screaming into his megaphone and he has a chain hooked to his right arm and it runs to his neck. His shirt reads in Asylum we trust. Crazy J has on blue jeans and a Blue and White Ref shirt and he has on an Asylum Beanie . Shipman walks out behind him and Rex follows him . Rex and Skull Master have Tex and Duff get up and they sit down. Texx and duff head to the back as the music stops and Crazy J is standing in the ring and shipman is sitting in the corner.
Stormy: This is the Asylum Rules standard match of the night first of two Asylum Rule matches. In the ring is the special referee of the night and co owner of AWA Asylum Wrestling Alliance he is Crazy J.
Stormy: In the ring from London he is Chris Shipman.
"Take it to the Limit" hits as the lights go out. Lightning strikes the stage as Taxx spontaneously appears. The lights come back on as flames shoot from either side of the ramp as Taxx walks down to the ring. He takes off his coat and hat as he walks into the ring.
Stormy: In the ring at this time is none other then Taxx.
Skull Master: Tonight, Taxx is going to see what happens when you don’t take my warnings. Tonight we will see the destruction of Taxx.
Rex: You see the Asylum is the force behind the AWA.
The two men circle each other as the bell sounds. J smiles as he stands in the ring Taxx grabs the arm of shipman and throws him to the ropes and then delivers a quick chop to the chest. Taxx then makes a fist and slams it into the face of Shipman causing him to fall into the ropes. Shipman smiles from the hit and jumps on Taxx. Taxx falls to the mat and Shipman punches him in the throat and rolls out of the ring and pulls out a staple gun, bat and a chair from under the ring. He slides back in Taxx is up and kicks him in the shoulder as he tries to stand up. Taxx puts his foot on the throat of Shipman. Shipman is gasping for air. Crazy J comes to check on him and trips and knocks Taxx off of him. Taxx knows he did it on purpose.
Skull Master: Crazy J just slipped and tripped I hope he is ok.
Shipman takes the staple gun and shoots a staple into the face of Taxx. He then picks up the bat and goes to hit him but Taxx rolls out of the way and jumps to his feet. He gives Shipman a boot to the face and he reaches up and pulls the staple out of his face. Taxx then picks up the chair and hits shipman with across the back. Shipman cringes in pain as he pulls him self up. Taxx then hits him once more.
The arena lights go out and when they come back on Taxx, Shipman and Crazy J are gone. Skull master is standing up and Rex jumps to his feet.
Skull Master: What in the hell happened, it must be Nailz doing this.
The screen lights up and the arena goes dark. Crazy J and Shipman are standing in a room and then you see Taxx strapped to a table. Crazy J pulls out a rope and ties it around the neck of Shipman. The tope is in place and Crazy J starts rolling the table. You see a large hook and Crazy J attaches the ropes.
Crazy J: Nailz you have 3 minutes to come out and agree to fight your brother in a last man standing match next week… the winner will get a shot at any asylum member the following week inside of a steel cage.
Crazy J waits a minute then a spot line shines and Crazy J and Shipman have Taxx up in the rafters and they are getting ready to hang him. Crazy J has him on the edge and looks at his watchs as Nailz walks out on the stage. Crazy J pulls him back and ties a rope around his wrist.
Nailz: J, stop this is going to far, what ever match it takes I will do it.
Crazy J hooks his hands to the hook instead and pushes him off and he dangles as the hook lowers him down to the ring. Crazy J and shipman walk off and Rex and Skull master leave.
Stormy: This match is a draw.
The giant TRON crackles to life and we see the image of Bulldog Bill Barnhart on the screen. He is dressed up in his pink wrestling attire with the black trim and he is looking intently into the camera. We listen to his comments.
BULDOG BILL: Before I lay into Nailz I want to address you Moordune. So you are such a cheap shot artist that you had to come to my match with Taxx last week and attempt an attack on me? Nice try but you found out rather quickly that Erik Black had my back that time. Erik knows that I am always lurking around in case someone tries a chicken attack on him. Well, Fali, just be sure you are like Popeye the Sailor and that you sleep with one eye open because you never know where I might appear to pay you back for your insubordination. Oh, Moordune? Did I tell you that I have requested...no, DEMANDED...that I can have your fat ass for the PPV when I defend MY Universal Title Belt? Yes, Fali, you heard me correctly. I want to prove to the world what a fake you are. So you better go to the gym to get a good workout, like you actually have seen the inside of a gym for a workout, and get in shape because I am not giving you a second to gather your thoughts for that PPV match.
Bill stops for a moment then waves his hand like he is brushing Falimetahos Moordune out of the way. He then addresses Nailz.
BULLDOG BILL: Nailz, even though your brother Taxx paid a huge sum of money to have Moordune run in on our match in a pathetic attempt at getting a cheap win over me, it didn't work. And neither will anything you try work against me. I am on top of the world now and did you know that when you are sitting on top of the world everything is below you and people are so small that they look like ants? Yes, Nailz, I am quite aware that you won a vicious Hell in a Cell match against me to win the World Title the first time around, but that was when you were a very different Nailz than you are today. See you a bit later this evening Nailz.
As quickly as the TRON came to life it quickly goes black and silent. We return to the announcer table with Tex and Duff who are getting ready to call the next match.
"Take it to the Limit" hits as the lights go out. Lightning strikes the stage as Nailz spontaneously appears. The lights come back on as flames shoot from either side of the ramp as Nailz walks down to the ring. He takes off his coat and hat as he awaits his opponent.
Stormy Canyon: Introducing from Los Angeles, California Nailz!!
TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS by Bachman Turner Overdrive hits the speakers. The TRON crackles to life and we see a close-up shot of Bill Barnhart and Iris the English Bulldog. The TRON then shifts scenes to seversl clips of Bill's wrestling matches where he is either administering his Bulldog or Piledriver to his opponent. The spotlights focus on the backstage curtains and we see Bulldog Bill Barnhart step through the curtains leading Iris on her leash (Iris is not always present at Bill's matches though). Bill walks confidently along the entrance walkway and under the TRON. As he walks under the TRON, pink pyros erupt causing a cascade of pink sparks to spill down on the entrance walkway around Bill (and Iris if she is accompanying him). Bill stops at the landing at the top of the entrance ramp to play the crowd. He then takes off with a quick pace to the ring. When Bill arrives at the ring he (hands the leash of Iris to an attendant at ringside) climbs the ring steps, walks along the ring apron, and then ducks through the ropes into the ring. Bill then takes up residence in a corner.
Stormy Canyon: And his opponent Bill "Bulldog" Barnhart!
The match starts off with both men circling around each other waiting for someone to make the first move, Bulldog irishwhips Nailz, he sens Nailz running to the ropes, but Nailz retursn with a big boot to Bill's face, Bill quickly gets up, and both men begin exchaning punches, they lock up in a grapple, and Bulldog goes for the German Suplex.
Duff Travers: I see Bulldog pinning Nailz!
Tex Martin: I see Nailz pinning the Champion!
Both men get are up on their feet, and staring at one another, Taxx runs with the clotheline, but Bulldog ducks, and Nailz tangles in the ropes, Bulldog runs and spears Taxx, but a few seconds before hitting Nailz, Nailz puts his legs up and hits Bulldog, Nailz moves inside the ring, and gives Bulldog a headlock, he begins punching him on the head as well, Bulldog gets up and pushes Nailz into the turnbuckles, and hits him with his knee in the midsection, followed by a powerbomb, Bulldog pins Taxx but Nailz kicks out at the count of two.
Tex Martin: There is no way that Bulldog would have got the pin
Duff Travers: Patience Tex, and you will see that Bill is going to win this win
Bill gets back to Taxx but he's already up. Nailz hits Bill with an elbow combo & finish it with an european uppercut. Nailz taunts the crowd & turns his back on Bill. He focuses back his attention on Bill. Bill is up & fights back with some right hands but Nailz knees him in the mid section. Nailz then nails Bill with a DDT & covers him but Bill kicks out. He gets Bill back up, places him on the second rope & starts kneeing him on the back. The referee warns him & Nailz stops at the count of three. Bill then reverse the situation by tripping Nailz down & stomping him down until the referee stops him. Bill then kicks Nailz on the stomach & slams his face on the mat. Bill walks to a corner facing the crowd & taunts them. In the meantime, Taxx has gotten up.
.
Tex Martin: Look at Bill wasting his time taunting the crowd
Duff Travers: that's cause he knows he is going to win this match!
Bill turns around while Taxx is running towards him with a clotheline, but Bulldog quickly reverses it into an irishwhip, and he sends Nailz flying to the turnbuckles, he runs after him and hits with a clotheline, Nailz is standing on his feet groggy, Bulldog then goes for the DDT, but Nailz at the last second pushes bulldog into the ropes, and gives him a scoopslam. Nailz goes for the pin 1..2.. But Bill kicks out, Bill begins getting up on his feet, but recieves a kick to the midsection from Taxx. Nailz grabs Bulldog by the throat and lifts him up. Both men are standing on their feet. Nailz whips him against the ropes, but Bill comes back with a jumping shoulder block! Both men are down, but quickly back up again, and this time it is Bill who strikes first with a punch to Nailz's heart! Taxx staggers back and Bill hits a low dropkick, forcing Nailz to the ground. Bill gets to his feet and stands over Nailz, before locking in a camel clutch. Nailz is in pain, but they're too close to the ropes and Nailz manages to get his right foot up onto the bottom rope. Bill gets to his feet and pulls Nailz up, before whiping him hard into the corner. Bill runs in and grabs Nailz for a monkey flip, but Nailz catches him, runs out the corner and hits a spinebuster. Both men are down to catch their breath, but Nailz crawls over Bill! 1, 2..
Tex Martin: Damn it he kicked out !
Duff Travers: That's why he's the champ Martin!
Both men begin getting up on their feet but Bulldog stands on his feet first, he runs to Nailz, and gives him a knee to the midsection, followed quickly by a nickbreaker, before Taxx reaches the ground, he is whipped into the corner followed by an elbow to the throat and several back-handed chops. Then places Nailz in a side headlock and runs across the ring slamming Nailz's face hard into the mat with the Bulldog. 1...2...3.
Stormy Canyon: ladies and gentlemen your winner for this match by Pinfall is Bulldog Bill Barnhart!!
Stormy: The fllowing contest is scheduled for one fall!
'Get Pyscho' begins to play as there is a mix reaction from the crowd and the lights begin to fade out. A green spotlight lights up the top of the ramp as Toxic Angel is seen walking out onto the top of the ramp from behind the curtains. As she begins walking down the ramp, she stops at the half way point and begins to run the rest of the way making sure to slide into the ring under the bottom rope. Flipping up to her feet, the lights begin to fade back to normal as she stands in the middle of the ring waiting for her match to begin.
Tex: There's Toxic Angel...Goth's latest "protoge".
Duff: He is a very lucky man, Tex. I bet he's teaching her all the right things.
Hold Back The Day by Devildriver hits over the PA system and the crowd know exactly whats coming up now, thats right the man they all hate, "The Red Ripper" Staniak makes his way out from the back, he looks around the arena with an evil look on his face, a smirk towards the cameras later and he makes his way down the ramp, once at the bottom of the ramp he walks around the ring bad mouthing the fans, he then slides in to the ring and jumps on top of the turnbuckle and taunts, he then jumps down, runs to another corner and does the same thing, he jumps down from that turnbuckle and gets ready for his match!
Tex: The former AWA Champion.
Duff: A fluke if you ask me. He's going to get hurt by the Angel here.
Stormy: IN the black corner, from Montreal, Quebec, Canada...Toxic Angel!
The crowd reacts with a mix of cheers and boos.
Stormy: and in the red corner...from Southend, Essex, England...The Red Ripper, Staniak!
The crowd also reacts much in the same way.
Tex: The crowd doesn't know who to support, here. Pretty divided.
Duff: They wouldn't know majesty if it bit them in the face. There's only one choice here, go for the hot chick!
Both of them circle each other, and go for a lock-up, struggling against each other. Staniak, with the power advantage pushes against her, and Toxic gets backed into a corner. The ref orders for the break, which Staniak grants holding his arms upand stepping back. Toxic, rushes in at him, and surprises him with a sudden spinning heel kick! Staniak hits the mat as she moves over , lifts his legs, then jumps up and drops two legs down in his midsection. She goes for the pin....Two count.
Tex: Toxic was going to end it early. She'll have to do more than that if she wants to defeat a former champion.
Duff: She's just softening him up. going for a psychological edge.
Toxic helps Staniak up and hits him with a German suplex, then runs towards the ropes and goes for a lionsault, but Staniak's knees catch her in the mid-section! She bounces off violently, and lands on her back next to him. Staniak pulls himself up by the ropes, and steps between them. He looks over to Toxic and springboards, then drops a leg across her throat. He goes for a pin of his own, hooking the leg. Kick out at two. Staniak slaps the mat, and chews out the ref who insists on the two count.
Tex: Staniak almost got her there....but Toxic is much more resiliant.
Staniak stands and helps Toxic Angel up, and irish whips her to the corner, running after her and goes for a double kick to her chest, but she dives down and he crashes into the corner! She stands and moves over to him as he rises, and a quick kick to the mid-section, bends him forwards for a high impact DDT! Toxic Angel smiles as the damage she's done to the former champion, as she stands and pulls him up by the hair, and hits a standing hurricanrana, sending him to the center of the ring!
Duff: Look at that! Beauty, grace and speed, all rolled into one!
Tex: Definitely an impressive move that seems to have shocked Staniak!
She climbs to the top rope, and looks over to the prone body of Staniak...Staniak slowly stands, and stumbles towards her corner, she jumps off and Staniak counters her with a sudden dropkick! Toxic crashes painfully to the mat, as Staniak catches his breath and shakes the cobwebs out, the counter seemingly more out of instinct. He gets up and walks over to her, and picks her up, and then sets her up in a standing headscissors, and wraps his arms around her waist. He roars and lifts her up on his shoulders and then holds her under her arms...and nails her with a crucifix powerbomb!
Tex: Staniak going for the power route! Using all the advanatges he's got on her!
Duff: Staniak shouldn't treat a lady this way! He's going to pay!
Tex: Not if she isn't getting up, Duff.
Staniak, looks over the damage and walks over to the corner and climbs up to the top, and looks around to the crowd, and signals for the "Fall from Grace"! He jumps off, and the senton crashes to the mat, as Toxic rolled away at the last second!
Duff: YES! What ring presence! Finish him off, Toxic!
Toxic looks over to Staniak, then rols unto her back, kippups, and rushes towards the corner, climbing to the top quickly, and then jumps off and hits a beautiful moonsault!
Tex: The "D-Tox"! Angel with the pin!
Crowd: ONE!..........TWO!...........THREE!
Stormy: The winner of this match...Toxic Angel!
Toxic Angel gets her arm raised as she pulls it away from the ref and rolls out of the ring, holding her back slightly.
The arena goes dark and a murmur goes up from the crowd. The ring is dimly lit as smoke rises from around the ring. The lights come up in the arena and we see a circle of smoke in the middle of the ring then as GOD OF THUNDER by Kiss hits the speakers fire shoots out from the four ring posts and we see Monoxide step out from the smoke in the ring with his head up, his eyes closed, and his tongue out, while shaking his head. The music dies down as Stormy Canyon introduces Monoxide.
STORMY CANYON: Here is our first participant in this International Title match with Asylum Hardcore Rules, from Los Angeles, California at 6 feet 2 inches and 188 pounds, it is “THE SMOKER” MONOXIDE!!!
TEX: Well this proves to be an interesting match Tex. Monoxide comes into this match 3-0 and he apparently has the test of his career with the big man Falimetahos Moordune. Should Monoxide be able to pull off a victory and win the International Title from Falimetahos, everyone will surely sit up and take notice of him.
DUFF: For once I cannot argue with you there Tex. I am very curious to see how this match progresses.
WHEN WORLDS COLLIDE by Powerman 5000 hits the speakers and the lights in the arena dim. We see the entrance ramp lined with pyros as they erupt from the landing at the top of the entrance ramp nearly to the ring. We see Falimetahos Moordune step out from the backstage area and out onto the landing. He is attended by his valet Celeste as they start down the ramp toward the ring. The couple is nearly to the ring when we see a commotion at the top of the entrance ramp. Suddenly we see Bulldog Bill Barnhart run down the ramp toward Moordune and Celeste. When he is a few feet away from Falimetahos he leaps into the air and lands a hard drop kick to the back of Moordune causing Falimetahos to stumble forward and land hard on the arena floor. Bill then begins stomping the beejeebers out of Falimetahos as a shocked Monoxide, Stormy Canyon, and Referee Simon Jones look on from the ring. Referee Jones figured since this is a Hardcore Rules match that he will just ring the bell and get the match started and he informs the Timekeeper to do so. Stormy quickly announces Falimetahos Moordune then Stormy quickly gets out of the ring.
STORMY CANYON: Here is your International Champion, from Seattle, Washington, standing 6 feet 8 inches and weighing 487 pounds, it is FALIMETAHOS MOORDUNE!!!
TEX: What in the hell is Barnhart doing here at ringside? He has no reason to be here! He is interfering in this match!
DUFF: Did you forget that Moordune tried to attack Barnhart at last week’s Insomnia? This is just Bill’s way of paying Moordune back for his attack on him last week. And, Tex, this is a Hardcore Rules match so there are no rules so therefore Barnhart is not guilty of interference in this match!
Barnhart continues to stomp away at Moordune while Referee Jones looks on basically helpless to do much about it. Celeste is livid as she tries to kick and punch Bill to get him to get off Falimetahos. Her kicks and punches are not really having much of an effect and Moordune isn’t able to do much about it either. Finally Bill gets tired of Celeste kicking and punching him so he turns around and shoves her hard in the chest causing her to fall backward over the wooden barricade and into the seats with the fans. This distraction gives Moordune a chance to get to his feet and he grabs Barnhart by the arm and spins him around to face him. Falimetahos and Barnhart start trading punches until Bill ducks down and head butts Moordune in the midsection and then drives the big man back into the ring steps. Moordune drops to the arena floor holding his back as Bill continues to kick and punch him. Bill reaches back to land what should be the final blow when his arm is stopped. Barnhart looks back to see Eric Corrayo holding his fist and giving him an evil look. Bill spins around to face Corrayo and Eric kicks Barnhart in the midsection then picks Bill up and body slams him on the arena floor. Falimetahos has just seen what happened with Eric Corrayo and Bill Barnhart and he gets to his feet and both men are now stomping and kicking Barnhart on the arena floor. Erik Black comes running to the ringside area and he lays into Falimetahos Moordune and Eric Corrayo until Corrayo decides to leave the ringside area and Moordune climbs the ring steps and steps through the ropes into the ring. Black helps Barnhart to his feet and the two head back up the ramp to return to the backstage area.
TEX: That will teach Barnhart not to mess around with Falimetahos Moordune!
DUFF: What? He was taking Moordune to the cleaners Tex! It wasn’t until Eric Corrayo came to help him out that Falimetahos was able to get a break!
TEX: How about we turn our attention to the match at hand, Monoxide versus Falimetahos Moordune and we can forget about the attack by Bill Barnhart?
DUFF: Fair enough.
Falimetahos faces Monoxide and he cautiously circles around Monoxide and we can tell that the hit on the steel steps from Bill Barnhart is still hurting his back. The two wrestlers lock up and with his 6 inch height advantage and 300 pound weight advantage Moordune gets the obvious advantage and easily muscles Monoxide into the corner. Falimetahos is leaning his weight into Monoxide who is pinned in the corner. Falimetahos backs off for a moment to line up a heavy punch to the jaw of Monoxide. The smaller wrestler quickly drops to the mat, crawls through the legs of Moordune, and then he pops up behind Falimetahos and rams his knee into the lower back of Moordune, pretty much on the spot where he hit the steel ring steps. Falimetahos drops to one knee as Monoxide continues to kick the lower back of Moordune. Referee Jones steps in to ask Falimetahos if he would like to submit and Moordune gives him a mean look and tells him that he will never submit in any match and that he is going to beat the crap out of Monoxide. However, every time that Moordune tries to stand up, Monoxide either knees him in the lower back or gives him a swift kick to the lower back, keeping Falimetahos on the mat.
TEX: Even though Monoxide is keeping the pressure on Falimetahos, the only reason he is able to do so is because Bill Barnhart interfered in the match and softened up Moordune for him.
DUFF: Actually taking a look at Moordune I would have to say he is very soft indeed! Ha ha ha! Seriously though you are correct that Barnhart’s attack on Moordune is playing a role in this match so far.
Moordune continues to try to get to his feet but Monoxide keeps the pressure on and keeps kicking him in the lower back. We see Moordune drop face first to the mat as Monoxide starts now to drop elbows to the lower back of Falimetahos. We watch as Celeste walks over to give encouragement to Moordune and we see her hand something to him but we cannot tell what it was she handed to him. Moordune manages to roll over on his back and he is looking up at Monoxide as Monoxide is laying the boots to his chest. We see Moordune point his arm toward Monoxide and spray something in his face. Apparently Celeste handed Moordune some pepper spray as Monoxide stops kicking Falimetahos and he starts clawing his eyes trying to get the stuff out of his eyes. Falimetahos is slowly getting to his feet but by the time he is on his feet Monoxide has managed to drop to the mat and roll out of the ring to the ringside area. He is clawing along the ring apron until he gets to the corner ring steps near the announcer table where Tex and Duff are located. When he hears their voices he staggers over to their table and feels around on the top of it. He finally finds what he is looking for, which is a glass of beer, and he takes it up in his hand and pours it into his eyes. It was Duff’s beer and he is livid!
DUFF: Hey! You just wasted my beer you jerk! You owe me a beer!
TEX: Calm down Duff it is only a beer!
DUFF: ONLY a beer?
Monoxide has managed to get the pepper spray out of his eyes and he glares at Duff for being upset that he used his beer to get the stuff out of his eyes. Monoxide looks up into the ring and sees a grinning Falimetahos Moordune looking down on him. He challenges Moordune to get out of the ring and take the right to the arena floor. Falimetahos is no chicken as he immediately exits the ring and starts to stalk Monoxide. Referee Simon Jones exits the ring also to keep a close watch on the events taking place. Monoxide is walking away from Falimetahos but more in an attempt to wear the big man down than to run away from him. Moordune methodically stomps around ringside after Monoxide. They make one complete turn around the ring and end up back at the announcer table where Tex and Duff are located. Monoxide backs up against the announcer table and Moordune feels he has him where he wants him. As Falimetahos approaches Monoxide though we see Monoxide lash out with his hand, with a microphone in it, and he whacks Moordune dead in the forehead. Although this stuns Falimetahos for a moment it basically didn’t have the effect Monoxide was hoping for. Monoxide drops the microphone and continues walking away from Moordune around the ring. Moordune looks under the ring to see what he can find as a weapon and he comes out with a large metal trash can with a lid on it. Falimetahos stomps toward Monoxide with the metal trash can over his head. Monoxide, realizing that the metal trash can is to be used as a weapon by the big man, decides to dive back into the ring rather than stay out of the ring at ringside. Referee Jones gets back into the ring leaving Moordune on the outside. Falimetahos climbs up on the ring steps with the metal trash can still over his head. He steps over the top rope and approaches Monoxide. A little confused as to which way to turn, Monoxide instead decides to rush Moordune instead of trying to stay out in front of him as a target. Monoxide dives through the legs of Falimetahos and pops up behind him. Moordune turns around and before Monoxide can get a move executed, Falimetahos lashes out with a kick to the midsection of Monoxide. Monoxide doubles over and this gives Moordune the advantage. He slams the metal trash can over the back of Monoxide causing him to drop face first to the mat. Moordune again smashes the metal trash can over the back of Monoxide, effectively crushing the trash can. Falimetahos leaves the trash can on the mat and he then picks up Monoxide and lifts him by the throat and choke slams him hard into the metal trash can. Moordune drags Monoxide off the trash can and jumps on top of him for the pinfall. Referee Simon Jones gets into position, checks the shoulders of Monoxide, and then he starts the pinfall count. ONE…TWO…TH… and somehow Monoxide got a shoulder up.
TEX: How in the world did Monoxide get a shoulder up with a nearly 500 pound man on top of him?
DUFF: It had to be pure instinct because he must have been pretty much knocked out having that trash can smashed on his back and then choke slammed into the trash can before Falimetahos jumped on top of him.
Falimetahos is amazed that Monoxide was able to get out of that pinning combination. He gets to his feet and drags Monoxide to his feet by the hair. Moordune then lands a few backhanded chops across the throat of Monoxide. Although Monoxide takes a step back due to the chops, he stands his ground and doesn’t go down. In fact, much to the amazement of the crowd here in New Orleans, Monoxide returns a few backhanded chops of his own. This catches Falimetahos off guard since he wasn’t expecting a comeback like that from Monoxide. Falimetahos takes a swing at Monoxide who ducks the blow and runs behind Moordune and jumps up on his back. Monoxide then reaches around the face and neck of Falimetahos and chokes his neck. Moordune has only one option in this case since he cannot immediately shake Monoxide off his back and that is to quickly back into a corner. When he hits the corner he squishes Monoxide into the turnbuckles. When Falimetahos walks out of the corner we watch as Monoxide drops to the mat. However, before Moordune can follow up on him Monoxide again slides out of the ring to get a breather.
DUFF: A very wise move on the part of Monoxide to break the momentum of Falimetahos.
TEX: I always feel that when a wrestler is in trouble and he bails out of the ring that he is running away instead of standing and fighting.
DUFF: Funny how you never say that when the wrestler bailing out of the ring is one of your favorites.
Monoxide is walking around ringside to clear his head and catch his breath and to also break the advantage that Moordune had. Falimetahos remains in the ring this time but he follows every move of Monoxide around ringside. Monoxide climbs up on the ring apron and Falimetahos approaches and Monoxide jumps off the ring apron back onto the arena floor. This happens a few times until Monoxide asks Referee Jones to please push Falimetahos back so he can get into the ring. Even though this is a Hardcore Rules match Referee Jones turns around and makes Moordune back up to allow Monoxide to get into the ring. As soon as Monoxide is up on the ring apron and stepping through the ropes Falimetahos pushes his way around Referee Jones and he rushed Monoxide. Falimetahos does not see that while Monoxide was outside the ring he found a small fire extinguisher which he brought with him when he returned to the ring. While Moordune is rushing him Monoxide pulls the pin and fires the fire extinguisher into the face of Falimetahos. Moordune is temporarily blinded as a coating of CO2 dust covers his face and head. While Falimetahos is brushing the CO2 off his head and face Monoxide rams the end of the fire extinguisher into the stomach of Moordune then when Falimetahos bends over because the wind was knocked out of him Monoxide slams the fire extinguisher over the back of Falimetahos. Moordune drops to the mat face first and Monoxide lands a few hard stomps to the back of the head of Falimetahos then he drops a few elbows also to the back of Moordune’s head. Monoxide then rolls the big man over on his back, jumps on top of him, and hooks his leg for the pinfall. Referee Simon Jones drops and starts the count for the pinfall. ONE…TWO…THR… and at the very last second Falimetahos kicks out of the pin, throwing Monoxide off him and to the mat.
TEX: That was pretty close I have to admit. But it is very hard to pin such a big man.
DUFF: I believe if Referee Simon Jones was not out of position he would have been able to give that three count to Monoxide for the win.
TEX: Gee, Duff, why is it you rarely say that when your guy is the one getting pinned and gets a supposed slow count?
The amount of time these two have been in the ring beating on each other is beginning to tell. Falimetahos slowly gets to his feet and he can see again after getting the fire extinguisher material out of his face. Monoxide also slowly gets to his feet and we can tell that the last few maneuvers took a toll on him also. Referee Jones steps in to ask both wrestlers if they want to submit to the other. Falimetahos tells Referee Jones that he will never submit to Monoxide and we hear Monoxide give the same comment that he will never submit to Falimetahos. Apparently both are ready to fight it out until one can get a pinfall or one of them cannot answer the Referee’s 10 count to continue in the match. The two wrestlers lock up in the middle of the ring. Both are tired so a lock up doesn’t use a lot of energy and hopefully they can get their energy back. Moordune is the first to maneuver out of the lock up and execute a nice Belly-to-Belly Suplex on Monoxide. With Moordune landing on top of him it looks as if Monoxide may be out this time. However, Falimetahos doesn’t immediately go for the pin, rather he appears to want to torture Monoxide a little bit more before going for the win. Moordune body slams Monoxide to the mat and then we see Falimetahos do something we didn’t expect to see from a nearly 500 pound wrestler, and that is to climb up the turnbuckles to take a leap on top of Monoxide. When Falimetahos gets to the second turnbuckle he leaps off to land on top of Monoxide but Monoxide saw it coming and he quickly rolls out of the way. Moordune belly-flops hard to the mat and we can tell he is hurting and the wind got knocked out of him. Monoxide quickly gets to his feet as he attempts, once again, to take advantage of Moordune. This time we watch as Monoxide drags Moordune up as far as he can which is a near standing position and he quickly executes a DDT on the big man, driving his face hard into the mat. Then in a display of exceptional strength and agility we watch as Monoxide pulls Moordune to his feet, whips him into the ropes, and manages to execute a flip of the big man over his head. Falimetahos lands hard on the mat as Monoxide leaps on the chest of Moordune and begins punching him over and over in the head and face. Referee Jones notices that Moordune’s shoulders are on the mat so he starts to count. ONE…TWO… but Falimetahos gets a shoulder up. Monoxide continues punching Moordune and again his shoulders hit the mat. ONE…TWO… and again Moordune gets a shoulder up to break the count.
DUFF: It seems as if Monoxide is having a bit of trouble putting away Falimetahos Moordune.
TEX: It may appear that way for now but pay attention to who is on the mat and who is on his chest punching him out.
Falimetahos is getting annoyed at the punching out Monoxide is giving him so he lifts his leg up and manages to ram his knee into the back of Monoxide. This affects Monoxide a little bit but he continues punching out Falimetahos. Monoxide stands up and starts landing hard punches to the head and chest of Moordune. Falimetahos manages to get his leg up again and this time he lands a hard leg to the groin of Monoxide. We hear Monoxide let out a low moan as he grabs his crotch and falls over on his side and off Falimetahos. Moordune gets to his feet and we see the intensity in his eyes as he drags Monoxide to his feet and begins to pound him heavily with punches and kicks. Moordune then whips Monoxide into the ropes and catches him with a choke slam on the rebound. Falimetahos again drags Monoxide to his feet and this time he signals to the crowd that he is ready to put Monoxide out for good. Moordune body slams Monoxide into the mat and then he rebounds off the ropes to do a belly flop on top of Monoxide. Somehow Monoxide manages to roll out of the way and Moordune lands hard on the mat knocking the wind out of him. We watch as Monoxide quickly slides out of the ring and reaches under the ring and pulls out a small velvet bag. He quickly gets back into the ring and he brings the velvet bag with him. Everyone in the arena is wondering what Monoxide might have in the bag and we are sure we will find out shortly. Moordune is just getting to his knees. Monoxide sees Moordune getting to his knees so he rebounds off the ropes and lands a vicious kick to the jaw of Falimetahos. Moordune is reeling but not down yet so Monoxide again rebounds off the ropes and this time lands a body tackle to the upper back of Falimetahos, driving Moordune forward into the mat. Monoxide then drags Falimetahos up into a sitting position and puts him into a head lock. Monoxide is still holding the small velvet bag and he opens it and brings out a small brown bottle and a small white rag. He opens the bottle and pours a liquid into the rag and then holds it over the mouth and nose of Falimetahos. We assume the substance is Ether as Moordune thrashes around for about 30 seconds before passing out. Monoxide lets go of Falimetahos and lets him drop to his back. Monoxide then covers Moordune while Referee Simon Jones drops for the count. ONE…TWO…THREE!!! Referee Simon Jones taps Monoxide on the back and tells him he has won the match. Referee Jones grabs the International Title from the Timekeeper and he and Monoxide wait for Stormy Canyon to deliver the decision on this match.
STORMY CANYON: Here is the winner of this match, and the new Asylum Wrestling Alliance International Champion, it is “THE SMOKER” MONOXIDEEEEE!!!!!
At the announcement of his victory, Referee Jones raises the hand of Monoxide in victory and hands him the International Title at the same time. Referee Jones drops the hand of Monoxide and we watch as Monoxide quickly exits the ring and runs up the ramp to return to the backstage area. Paramedics rush into the ring and start administering smelling salts to Falimetahos to get him to revive. He does and since he doesn’t know where he is at he starts lashing out and knocks the Paramedics over. Celeste calls to Moordune that it is okay and they are Paramedics and he calms down. When Referee Jones informs Falimetahos Moordune that he lost the match and the International Title he starts pounding the mat in disappointment. He finally leaves the ring and he and Celeste head up the ramp and return to the backstage area.
Tex Martin: He did it!!! Wow
Suddenly we hear Goth’s music hit across the sound system and Goth walks out with a big time grin on his face
Goth: I have heard claims of a man that I do not have the balls to do things because that man made money for me, what a load of crap. But you see Fali, being at a position like me I can just wait for the right moment to happen and then take charge. And this is one of them
Duff Travers: Tell him boss!!
Goth: Because lets face it Fali, you are just like Eric Corrayo not bigger then the company and sure as hell not bigger then me. So with that is said, you are suspended until I see fit to reinstate your fat ass!! Now get out!!!
With that the show goes off the air with the fans booing Goth as he has suspended Falimetahos Moordune
