The Golden Age of Grotesque hits as Goth comes out to the arena by a series of boos. The owner of the AWA stares at the people as he grins before signaling for the music to stop
Goth: Now isn't this a nice reception for a man that is giving a mediocre town a show that is too good for them to even dare to be watched? What's wrong people? Got trouble speaking???
The crowd is booing the owner as he is laughing out loud
Goth: You know what? I'm through with the shit like you!! Good night and enjoy your mediocre life!!!
With that Goth exits the arena as his music hits and the camera go backstage.
We cut backstage to the dressing room of Bill Barnhart. As the cameraman approaches Bill's dressing room, the door opens and out steps Bill Barnhart dressed in his wrestling attire ready for his match against Glenn Frank. Stepping out of the dressing room behind him are several very muscular Orderlies in standard white Orderly outfits and each is carrying a Straightjacket. One Orderly steps up and stands next to Bill on his right side. The other Orderly steps up on Barnhart's left side. The third Orderly stays standing behind Bill Barnhart.
Well, Glenn, in a short time you and me will step into the wrestling ring to have our match. It is a Standard Rules match which means we must keep to the rules. Knowing that you cannot keep to the rules because you are basically insane and unstable, I have asked these three Orderlies to accompany me to ringside. Why? Because when you get out of hand and the Referee can no longer control you because your mind is messed up, I have asked that these three Orderlies grab you and place you into a Straightjacket and haul your crazy ass off to the institution again. They have a very nice room waiting for you. It has soft lighting...warm colors...and very soft padded walls...har har har!!! Think you are going to get crazy on me Glenn? Yeah, give it a try and see what these three Orderlies do for you!
The two Orderlies on each side of Bill Barnhart take a step forward and the two Orderlies stand in front of Bill for protection. We return to ringside for the next match.
Dmitri is seen backstage about to have his entrance hit when we catch someone in the shadows watching him as he prepares to walk up the stairs to the entrance rampway.
Dmitri vs. J. Stiles
Stormy: The following opening contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, weighing in at 235 pounds is The Dare Devil, J. Stiles!!!
The lights goes out in the arena. J.'s voice comes on the PA System. "Fear The Dare Devil is what is heard before this is Absolution plays on the PA System as red and white lights hits the arena. J. Stiles walks out onto the stage to the crowd cheering for him. He raises one arm then walks down the ramp. He high fives some fans then runs to the ring. He slides underneath the bottom rope and stands up. He walks to the turnbuckle and hops on it. He raises both arms in the air then he takes his vest off. He looks towards the stage awaiting his opponent.
Tex: J. Stiles, still considered as the newcomer here to AWA, is waiting for his opponent for tonight and oh what an opponent it is!
Duff: Its only one of AWA's resident jobbers, Dmitri. He should be able to take down Dmitri. If he can’t do that, he won’t succeed here.
The beginning of Vampirias Legacy In Blood begins to play as Stormy's sultry voice can be heard once again, only this time a bit deeper
Stormy: And his opponent, from Moscow, Russia, weighing in at 275 pounds. Dmiiiiitriiiiii!!!
The arena goes black and the Titan Tron slowly starts to drip blood until the name of Dmitri appears. Dmitri slowly walks out to the ring. He does not concern himself for the people that are either exchanging their hands to touch him or to throw their drinks at him. As Dmitri gets to the ring he simply gets in and looks straight at J. Stiles, ready to get business done.
Duff: I’m glad I’m not J. Stiles right now though. Dmitri can up his game when he wants to and it looks like he’s tired of jobbing to every wrestler that’s walked into our doors here at AWA.
The referee looks at the two combatants but Dmitri doesn’t want to wait. He suddenly clotheslines an unsuspecting J. Stiles. The referee calls for the bell as Dmitri is already beginning to go to work on Stiles. He immediately locks in a crossface chicken wing, holding J. Stiles down to the mat.
Tex: Uh oh. This one might get ended quickly, especially if Dmitri can keep this kid down on the mat.
Stiles is looking to see where the nearest set of ropes are and begins to fight his way over there but that’s when Dmitri sees that Stiles is attempting escape. He locks his legs around Stiles and pulls him back to the center of the ring, raising Stiles torso a bit into the air. The referee asks Stiles if he wants to quit, but Stiles screams out in agony shaking his head no.
Duff: Perhaps he should give in and not risk permanent injury.
Tex: I was actually thinking the same thing.
Dmitri releases the crossface chicken wing, but keeps J. Stiles grounded by hooking in a chin lock.
Duff: Gotta love all these submission holds. It’s almost like Dmitri doesn’t want to work by the hour tonight. If he gets more vicious, perhaps I can take a liking to him!
Tex: This is a definite clinic for sure. It just seems like he could end this whenever he wants!
Dmitri sees that Stiles still isn’t giving up, so he releases the hold and stands up. Stiles begins to struggle to get to his feet, but as he does so, Dmitri applies the Vampire Bite and then takes Stiles completely off his feet by tripping him up. Dmitri keeps hold of the Vampire Bite as Stiles reaches out for the ropes. The referee makes sure Dmitri isn’t doing anything illegal, but he lets the action continue. Stiles reaches out as far as he can but can’t quite reach the ropes. Dmitri doesn’t let go of his signature submission maneuver and finally Stiles feels like his health is far more important than winning a match and taps out like mad on the canvas.
Tex: And there it is
Stormy: Here is your winner via submission Dmiiiiitriiiii!!!
Duff: Perhaps Stiles does have a head on him. Id be more afraid about what will happen to his wrestling career at this point being that we have you know who back there
Tex: I already know where you’re going with that.
Vampirias legacy In Blood is heard again as Dmitri has his arm raised in victory. Dmitri doesn’t celebrate at all though as he simply looks down at Stiles. Stiles is beginning to get to his feet, but the vampire chooses to lay waste to Stiles and get him back down to the mat with a big boot to the face before staring him down while the referee does not dare to do anything.
Duff: What a coward of a referee!!! He does not even dare to get in between!!!
Tex: Would you??
Winner: Dmitri
Dmitri looks down at the battered corpse of Styles and glares off at the crowd. With a burst of energy he lunges down at the helpless body of Styles and goes to pick him up for some added punishment when the lights in the arena go dark and Evanescence - Bring Me To Life beings to roar throughout the Wolverine Arena with the crowd popping to there feet.
Tex Martin: Business is about to pick up. That is Mason Storm's Theme music!
Duff Travers: But we can't see a damn thing in here..
As the theme climaxes the lights turn back on and Mason Storm stands right behind Dmitri who is barley touching is defeated opponent in the ring. The crowd rattling the arena with cheers Mason grabs Dmitri from behind catching Dmitri off guard lifting him to his shoulders spinning him around and implanting him face first down to the mat laying Dmitri out in the middle of the ring.
Tex Martin: Dmitri Is Out!!
Duff Travers: He blindsided him, the lights were off.
Mason Storm stands over Dmitri with a cold as ice stare down at the man that attacked him a mere seven days ago. He pulls out a microphone out from his back pocket and gets down close to his face before he utters..
Mason Storm: It doesn't feel too good does it? Now... you know why.. THE MYSTERY....will forever REMAIN!
Tex Martin: This isn't over by a long shot I have a funny feeling about this one Duff.
Duff Travers: I believe you may be right, Dmitri is still breathing.
The scene switches backstage where we see Glenn Frank warming up for his match against Bill Barnhart. He looks to the camera and addresses his opponent for the last time before they meet inside the ring.
Frank: Bill, we have shared words this past week. Some of them arguable, others point proven. I still believe you to be senile, and outdated. You have yet to impress me with anything more than coming off as a bully who has a chip on their shoulder. Words are meaningless unless you can back them up. Sure you beat J. Stiles, like Jason Stevens beats off to girl on girl porn, but any monkey could do that to a rookie. You will find out here shortly that trying to defeat me is much like conquering the highest mountain. Sure it is possible. I’m not that conceited. I will admit that it is possible for me to make a mistake and lose. But against you on my first match back? I think not. You will learn in due time that I am here for a few different reasons. None of which include losing to you. I won’t be a tool like many others who have walked this path before me. I have no gimmicks, no glitz and glamour to be showing off like Jason Stevens, Mason Storm, or even the Reverend Chris Shipman. I am just me. Like you, I am working towards earning titles and getting my name thrown to the masses so that I can prove to myself that it can be done. Tonight I will not show mercy. Tonight I will either make you tap out, pass out, or quit our match. I am that confident in my abilities and your leisurely techniques that I will win this matchup.
Bill Barnhart, you are about to embark on a journey which you have not yet traveled before. You may have thirty two wins under your belt in your time here as a wrestler, but you also have twenty six losses. Which means that you have lost almost as many times as you have won. Your skills are not a match to mine Bill. Here in just a moment, I will prove that.
Frank turns and leaves his dressing room headed to the ring.
Stormy: This match is sceduled for one fall. Introducing first, from New Mexico, weighing in at 230 pounds, Glenn Frank!!!
The arena goes pitch black as red strobe lights fill the arena. The Intro to "Bodies" by Drowning Pool hits the PA, and out walks Glenn Frank. He has a serious look on his face, as he waits a moment, taking in everything at once. A large flash and explosion happens and Glenn comes to life in a burst of unseen energy as he makes his way down to the ring. He slides under the bottom rope and takes a deep breath before looking up to the Titan-tron as he waits for his opponent to show.
Tex: I think this man can go far here.
Duff: Thats if he can get past Bulldog, a hard thing to do!
Stormy: Introducing his opponent, from Oakland, California, weighing in at 240 pounds, 'Bulldog' Bill Barnhart!!!
DON'T WORRY...BE HAPPY by Bobby McFerrin hits the speakers. The TRON crackles to life and we see a close-up shot of Bill Barnhart and Iris his English Bulldog. The TRON then shifts scenes to seversl clips of Bill's wrestling matches where he is either administering his Bulldog or Piledriver to his opponent. The spotlights focus on the backstage curtains and we see Bulldog Bill Barnhart step through the curtains leading Iris on her leash (Iris is not always present at Bill's matches though). Bill comes out dressed in one of his trademark wrestling outfits (either the pink outfit with black trim witn ablack heart sewn over his heart...or the black outfit with pink trimp with a pink heart swen over si heart). Iris is dressed in her Pink Diamont-Studded Dog Collar. Bill walks confidently along the entrance walkway and under the TRON. As he walks under the TRON, pink and white pyros erupt causing a cascade of pink sparks to spill down on the entrance walkway around Bill (and Iris if she is accompanying him). Bill stops at the landing at the top of the entrance ramp to play the crowd with a huge smile on his face. He then takes off with a quick pace to the ring. When Bill arrives at the ring he (hands the leash of Iris to an attendant at ringside) climbs the ring steps, walks along the ring apron, and then ducks through the ropes into the ring. Bill walks around the ring to acknowledge all the people in the crowd and he maintains his huge smile all the time. Bill then takes up residence in a corner to await the arrival of his opponent.
Tex: Last week he beat newcomer J.Stiles and I think he will do the same tonight.
Duff: Are you kidding me? Ive seen some of his stuff and he can beat Bulldog, im calling it now.
The referee rings the bell and the two cometitors circle each other until they lock up. Bulldog, the more experienced of the two gets the advantage by getting Glenn Frank in a head lock. Glenn grabs Bills arm, twist round and holds his arm behind his back pulling on the arm. He kicks the back of Bill's knee dropping him to a kneeling point. Glenn runs of the ropes and excecutes a powerful enzuigiri knocking Bulldog to the floor. Glenn goes for the pin 1...KIck Out!
Tex: Its going to take more than that to beat Bulldog!
Duff: A lot more.
Glenn gets up from the mat and stalks Bill as he gets to his feet. Glenn quickly grabs hold of Bills neck and has a sleeper locked in. Glenn jumps and wraps his legs around his opponents waist to put more pressure on Bulldog. Bulldog knows if he doesnt do something quick, he will pass out so he runs, jumps and lands back first on the canvas with Glenn underneath him. Bulldog roles over and Glenn is holding himself in pain. Bulldog giving him no time to rest picks him up and starts elbow smashing the head of Glenn until he falls back into the corner. Bulldog lifts him up so Glenn is sitting on the top rope. Bulldog steps up to the second rope and starts punching Glenn. Glenn ducks one and low blows him and he is lucky it is out of the referees view. He pushes Bulldog and he lands on the canvas. Glenn jumps from the top rope onto Bulldog with a frog splash, he goes for the cover. 1...2...Kick Out!
Tex: That was close! And a well excecuted frog splash as well.
Duff: But it still wasnt enough to win!
Glenn gets up and grabs the legs of Bill but he kicks off, gets up and kicks Glenn in the gut and hits a powerbomb. Bulldog picks him up and whips him into the corner, elbows him in the throat and excecutes some chops. He gets him in a side headlock, runs but Glenn pushes him away into the ropes, Bulldog bounces back and Glenn hits a powerful spear and once Bulldog hits the ground, Glenn then grabs his legs, turns round and has a boston crab locked in. Bulldog tries to reach the ropes but Glenn drags him back to the center of the ring. Bulldog is in so much pain he has to tap out.
Duff: What did I say? Glenn would win and he did!
Tex: Yes but can he keep the game up from now on, we just have to see.
Stormy: And heres your winner via submission, Glenn Frank!!!
Glenn Frank goes to the second rope of a corner and celebrates as the scene fades to commercials.
Winner: Glenn Frank
The scene opens up backstage as Jason "The Sensation" Stevens is preparing for the match pitting him and his partner Jacob Porter against the team of Chaos and Hank Henry.
JS: Tonight I take my frustration at once again being screwed over by Goth and Irons out on Chaos and Hank how The Hell Did I Win The Universal Championship The Third with assistance from Jacob Porter, I hope for their sakes that they are ready for an ass kicking.
Jason "The Sensation" Stevens walks towards the ring as the scene cuts to the ringside area.
The scene switches to the back where we see Big Bad Casey. He is seen walking around the backstage area getting ready for his first Television Title defense against Reverend Chris Shipman, with his Television title over his shoulder. He sees the camera and gives a sinister looking smirk.
Reverend Shipman, I hope you are ready to lose. I am going to make sure you lose because I am on a roll on ending people’s careers as of late. You will be just another victim in my warpath. Watch yourself because if you don’t, you will have lost the match because I will have hit you with Power Up or applied Sin City upon your sorry excuse of a body.
Casey then decides to take a drink of Gatorade. After a moment, when he has quenched his thirst, he continues.
Reverend Shipman, I do not need to be cleansed of my sins. Those sins are what make me human. If I didn’t have sins, I would be right where you are, and I don’t think the clergy makes clothes for a man of my great size. You will have met your match when you face me because I will put you down like a dog.
Then the scene goes into airing Big Bad Casey’s 3 promos he did for the Reverend Chris Shipman. Once the 3rd one airs, the scene changes, while Casey walks towards the ring.
BBC vs. Shipman
The lights in the area go out and the arena goes dark for a short time. We hear WHO AM I by Casting Crowns hit the speakers as strobe lights begin flashing as green, purple, and red spotlights move up and down the entrance area. Smoke fills the entrance area as a huge Church Choir comes out from the backstage area and stages themselves at the landing at the top of the entrance ramp. As they begin singing along with WHO AM I, we see the "Reverend" Chris Shipman walk out from behind the partition. As he walks to the landing at the top of the entrance ramp he holds a Bible in the air in one hand and a cross in the other. The crowd erupts in a loud chorus of boos as they hate Chris Shipman and all he stands for. Shipman ignores the boos from the crowd and he begins his walk down the entrance ramp to the ring. He motions to the crowd with a blessing motion as it to bless the unruly crowd and cleanse them from their sins. Shipman arrives at the ring and he climbs into the ring. He kneels down in the middle of the ring and goes into a pre-match prayer; again causing the crowd in the Wolverine Stadium to erupt in a loud chorus of boos. Shipman ends his prayer, takes off his robe, and then he backs into a corner to await the arrival of Big Bad Casey. The lights in the arena come back up as we listen to commentary by Tex and Duff and the announcement of Chris Shipman by Stormy Canyon.
STORMY CANYON: Here is the challenger for Television Title, from the Georgian Backwoods, he stands 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 235 pounds, please welcome "THE REVEREND" CHRIS SHIPMAN!!!
TEX: Chris Shipman really ticks me off! He is rude, arrogant, he cheats, and he shouldn't be the contender for the Television Title in this match! And if you add to the mix that he is one of the most evil, vicious, demented, and perverted wrestlers to ever disgrace a wrestling ring, and now he carries a Bible and promotes himself as "REVEREND" Chris Shipman, well that's just utterly disgusting!
DUFF: You are simply jealous because Chris Shipman happens to not only have a huge attitude, but he is an excellent wrestler too! Can't you accept that Shipman is trying to get a little religion into his life?
Chris Shipman raises his arms when his name is announced by Stormy Canyon. He is interrupted when we hear POWER AND THE GLORY by Astral Doors hit the speakers. We watch as Big Bad Casey walks out from the backstage area and walk slowly under the TRON and stop at the landing at the top of the entrance ramp. As Casey raises his arms in a victory pose massive explosions of pyros erupt from the TRON above and behind him and the sparks cascade down to the entrance area. Casey acknowledges the crowd and then he stares down at Chris Shipman who is waiting for him in the ring. Shipman motions around his waist to indicate that he is going to take the Television Title Belt away from Casey. However, we watch as Big Bad Casey is shaking his head NO and waving off the challenge from Chris Shipman. Casey walks down the entrance ramp and he arrives at the ring. He climbs the ring steps and then he steps over the top rope and into the ring.
STORMY CANYON: Here is the Television Champion, from Nashua, New Hampshire, standing tall at 7 feet 1 inch and weighing in at 375 pounds, he is "THE CAREER KILLER" BIG BAD CASEY!!!
TEX: Now this is my type of wrestler Duff. Big...strong...nice attitude...and ready to take on, and defeat, the evil wrestlers of Asylum Wrestling Alliance such as Chris Shipman.
DUFF: Dream on Tex! Remember the old saying that THE BIGGER THEY ARE...THE HARDER THEY FALL. As big as Casey is...he is gonna fall really hard to Chris Shipman tonight! REVEREND Chris Shipman is going to make Casey PRAY that he never had this Television Title defense against him!
Referee Chip Long walks to the middle of the ring and he calls Big Bad Casey and Chris Shipman to him. He gives pre-match information to the two wrestlers including that this is a Standard Rules match which means cheating and illegal maneuvers and holds will not be tolerated. Referee Long asks for Casey to remove his Television Title Belt and Casey removes the Belt and hands it to Referee Chip Long. Referee Long holds the Television Title over his head and shows it to the crowd. He then returns to Shipman and Casey and he informs them that the winner of this match will be declared the Asylum Wrestling Alliance Television Champion. He further informs the two wrestlers that this match can only be won by a pinfall or submission. Chip Long indicates to both wrestlers that if the match ends by a countout or disqualification, the Title Belt cannot change hands. He asks Casey and Shipman if they fully understand the stipulations for this match and both wrestlers indicate that they fully understand. Referee Chip Long orders the two wrestlers to opposite corners and he informs them to not come out of their respective corners until he has the Timekeeper ring the bell. Chip Long walks over to the side of the ring where the Timekeeper is located. He reaches over and hands the Television Title Belt to the Timekeeper to hold until the match is over. Long then tells the Timekeeper to ring the bell to start the match.
TIMEKEEPER: DING! DING!! DING!!! DING!!!! DING!!!!!
The bell has rung and this match is officially underway. Referee Long motions for Chris Shipman and Big Bad Casey to get the match underway. Shipman runs out of his corner and makes an aggressive move against Big Bad Casey. He leaps into the air and drops a hard forearm smash across the chest of Casey. Shipman gets a shocked look on his face when he realizes that his hard forearm smash didn't faze the giant of a wrestler. Casey just smiles and then he lands a big chop across the chest of Shipman which causes Chris to take a few steps back.
DUFF: What the hell was that? A Karate chop? Why didn't Referee Long give Casey a warning for an illegal Karate chop?
TEX: Watch the Instant Replay Duff. It was an open-handed slap to the chest of Chris Shipman and not a Karate chop!
Shipman massages his chest where we see a big handprint where Casey slapped Shipman in the chest. Casey has a big smile on his face as he slowly approached Chris. Shipman takes a few steps back until he is backed into a corner. We can see he is quickly thinking how he can take advantage of Big Bad Casey when Casey is nearly a foot taller than him and outweighs him by 140 pounds. As Casey is approaching we watch as Chris Shipman leaps up onto the ropes in the corner and makes his way to the top rope of the corner. When Big Bad Casey is several feet away Chris leaps off the top rope in an attempt to land on Casey with a body block. Much to the surprise of Chris Shipman, and the fans in the arena, Casey catches Shipman in mid-air and he quickly turns him over and power slams Shipman into the mat. Casey drops on top of Shipman and goes for the pin. Referee Chip Long drops into position, checks the shoulders of Shipman to ensure both shoulders are on the mat, and then he begins his pinfall count. ONE...TWO...and Shipman kicks out of the pin.
TEX: For crying out loud it took 20 seconds for Referee Long to finally figure out that Casey was pinning Shipman before he started counting! Casey clearly had the win there and Referee Long cheated him out of it!
DUFF: Let me get this straight okay? You want the Referee to make a pinfall count without first checking if the wrestler being pinned actually has both shoulders on the mat? You want the Referee to make a pinfall count without first checking if a foot or hand of the wrestling being pinned is over or under the ropes which would break the count? You cannot be serious Tex! I mean, to go along with REVEREND Chris Shipman...I pray for you Tex!
Casey gets to his feet and he quickly gets into the face of Referee Chip Long to complain about the extreme delay in starting the pinfall count. Chip Long tries to explain that he has to make sure everything is in order before making a count but Casey is furious and he reaches out, grabs Chip Long by the striped shirt, and pulls him close to his face. Casey makes it clear that he will gladly deliberately disqualify himself by punching out Referee Long if a slow count happens again. He asks Chip Long if he understands what he is saying and Referee Long shakes his head YES and Casey lets go of him. While Big Bad Casey was arguing with Referee Chip Long, Chris Shipman has come up behind Casey and just before Casey can turn around to face Shipman, we see Chris kick the back of the leg of Big Bad Casey hard. This catches Casey off-guard for a moment. Chris Shipman continues his assault on the leg of Big Bad Casey by continuing to kick the leg until Casey finally drops to the mat. Casey is in obvious pain and unable to get to his feet right away and Shipman can see this also. Chris quickly leaps up onto the corner ropes and he leaps off landing a knee drop into the already injured leg of Big Bad Casey. Sensing a victory Chris Shipman quickly leaps on top of Casey and he hooks his legs to go for the pin. Referee Chip Long drops into position, checks that none of the legs or hands of Casey are under or over the ropes, and then he checks if both of Casey's shoulders on down on the mat. Satisfied that all is in order for a proper pinfall count, Referee Long starts his count on this pinfall attempt. ONE...TWO...TH...and the big man gets a shoulder up to break the pinfall count.
TEX: There was no way that Shipman was going to get a pinfall on the big man this early in the match, no matter how much he prays for God to give him a cheap victory.
DUFF: You really are a biased jerk you know that? Casey was pinned cleanly that time except that Referee Long is being extremely slow in making pinfall counts in this match.
While Shipman is arguing with Referee Chip Long we see Big Bad Casey get to his feet. As he puts his weight on the injured leg we can see him limp a little bit. Chris sees Casey to his feet so he leaves arguing with Chip Long to continue his attack on Big Bad Casey. Shipman slides across the ring and he lands a kick to the already injured leg of Casey. The big man doesn't go done but it is apparent he is hurting again. Chris Shipman leaps to his feet, grabs Casey by the arm, and he whips the giant into the ropes. When Casey rebounds off the ropes Shipman attempts to grab him and slam him to the mat. However, as soon as Shipman goes for the body slam he realizes how heavy Big Bad Casey is. As he struggles to lift and turn Casey for the body slam the weight of Casey in his arms is too much and Chris Shipman falls backward causing Casey to land hard on top of him. Big Bad Casey takes advantage of the situation by staying on top of Shipman and hooking his legs for the pin. This time Referee Long is a little quicker to get into position for the pinfall count. ONE...TWO...THR...and somehow Shipman manages to get his shoulder off the mat to break the count!
TEX: Why, oh why did they assign the fattest and slowest Referee to this match? That is the second time that Referee Chip Long has made a slow count and caused a win to not be a win!
DUFF: You mean that is the third time! Remember that Referee Long also made a slow count when Chris Shipman was pinning Big Bad Casey.
Casey has had enough of the inept officiating from Referee Chip Long. Casey gets to his feet and he grabs Referee Long by the shirt and he starts yelling at him again. Long warns Casey that if he doesn't let him go that he will Disqualify him and he will lose the match. Casey tells him to Disqualify him since he won't lose the Television Title anyway. There is movement as Chris Shipman gets to his feet so Big Bad Casey releases his hold on Referee Long and he turns his attention to Chris Shipman. We can tell that Shipman is hurting as he holds his ribs and is gasping for breath. Apparently his ribs got bruised when Casey fell on top of him and he got the wind knocked out of him. Big Bad Casey stomps over to Chris Shipman and grabs him by the arm and whips him into the corner. Casey takes off running into the corner to slam his huge body into Chris Shipman. Chris sees Casey coming and he quickly dives out of the corner which causes Casey to slam hard into the corner. Taking advantage of the missed hit, Shipman leaps up on the back of Casey and he starts raking his eyes effectively blinding the giant of a man. Shipman leaps off the back of Casey and while Casey is staggering around the ring trying to regain his vision, Shipman lands several hard kicks to the previously injured leg of the giant. Finally after a few hard kicks Casey drops to the mat and it is apparent his leg and ankle are hurting a lot. Chris Shipman grabs the legs of Big Bad Casey and he drags him to the middle of the ring. He grabs the injured leg of Casey and he applies a Kurt Angle Ankle Lock and he has a firm hold on the leg and he applies extreme pressure. Big Bad Casey is screaming out in pain and he is desperately trying to reach the ropes to break the hold but he is too far away from the ropes. Referee Chip Long steps in to ask Casey if he wishes to submit and Casey taps the mat to submit to prevent receiving a broken ankle. Chip Long grabs Chris Shipman and pulls him off Big Bad Casey and they he pushes Shipman into the corner. Referee Chip Long calls for the bell to end the match and then he pulls Shipman off Casey and pushes Chris into a corner and tells him to remain there.
TEX: That missed hit in the corner and the previously injured leg was the downfall of Casey in this match.
DUFF: Yes, you never know what little missed maneuver can change the direction of a wrestling match.
STORMY CANYON: Ladies and Gentlemen, here is the winner of this match, with a submission with an Ankle Lock, and the new Asylum Wrestling Alliance Television Champion, "THE REVEREND" CHRIS SHIPMANNNNN!!!!!
Referee Chip Long hands the Television Title to Chris Shipman and then he raises the hand of Shipman in victory as the crowd gives a loud chorus of boos as they hate Shipman. Long drops the hand of Chris Shipman and we watch as Shipman slides out of the ring, grabs his Bible and Cross which are on the ring apron, and then he runs up the ramp to return to the backstage area, totally ignoring the crowd booing him. Casey slowly gets to his feet and he limps to the side of the ring and exits the ring. The crowd gives Casey a standing ovation as he limps up the ramp to return to the backstage area.
Winner: Shipman
Stevens can be seen walking around until he enters his locker room, the camera follows him in where we suddenly see Goth sitting
JS: What do you want Goth?
Goth: I could not notice but hear your little rant and quite honestly Jason? I feel you are just plainly trying to put the blame on everyone but yourself. So why don’t we make a deal son? You want a title shot and win the big one?
We can see Stevens shake his head yes
Good, then why don’t you start listening to what I got to say and I can take you to the top where you think you belong But I want something in return Jason.
JS: What?
Goth: Oh in due time Jason, next week will be soon enough
With that Goth walks out of the locker room of Jason Stevens, having him wonder what he was talking about
Hank Henry III & Chaos vs. Fang & Stevens
Stormy: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from Orlando, Florida, weighing in at 275 pounds, The Monster, Chaos!!!
The lights in the arena go dark and suddenly AC/DC "You Shook Me All Night Long" hits over the PA and the lights from the stage burst into life as the lyrics quickly build to the chorus as Chaos makes his way out onto the stage, he raises his hands into the air as a barrage of pyro shoots upwards from the stage sending the crowd into a frenzy, Chaos continues to walk down to the ring and up the stairs, climbs into the ring and jumps to the second rope, raising his hands once more as another set of pyro shoots down from the arena roof behind Chaos, he jumps down as the music fades and he is ready to get down to business!
Tex: I think Chaos has true potential to be the Universal champion. He showed it last week.
Duff: He has tried for that belt for ages and just can’t get it. He should stick to the International title route like his younger brother!
Stormy: And his team mate, from Ellis, New York, your Universal champion, Hank Henry III!!!
Hank Henry comes out with his limping manager Chaplin Graves, they discuss the pro and cons of the upcoming match.
Tex: Last week, this man got defeated by the man he is teaming with tonight, Chaos!
Duff: Do you think these 2 will be able to team tonight after last week?
Tex: Honestly, not at all!
Stormy: And one half of their opponents, from Las Vegas, Nevada, weighing in at 175 pounds, Jason Stevens!!!
The opening riff for "Room For One More" is herd over the PA, as soon as the baseline kicks in Jason emerges from the back with his mentor Steve Ramone following him close behind alongside Carrie, the crowd are mixed in there reaction to the trio as whilst they hate Jason they love Steve, Jason rolls into the ring and bounces of the ropes as Steve and Carrie take up positions at ringside.
Tex: This man, Jason Stevens will face Toddi for the vacant International championship.
Duff: If he can beat Hank Henry in this match tonight he will easily be able to beat Matthew Toddi.
Stormy: And his team mate, from Long Pond, Pennsylvania, Jacob Porter!!!

"Unholy" by Kiss begins to play. The crowd has a mixed reaction as Jacob Porter comes out from behind the curtain. He walks down ramp to the ring. Once he gets to the ringside area he looks at his team mate Jason Stevens. He then steps into the ring to face off against his opponents.
Tex: This man had a good win against Dmitri last week, lets hope he and Jason can pull off a win against Chaos and Hank Henry.
Duff: He was good last week but he won’t be this week, he and Jason have utter hatred over each other.
The two men starting, Chaos and Stevens prepare to battle. The referee calls for the bell and Chaos runs at Jason, he throws himself to the ground. Chaos bounces of the ropes, Jason bends down ready to lift him over his shoulder but Chaos stops and kicks him in the chest. Jason pulls himself up and holds his chest in pain. Chaos grabs Jason's ankles and flips him on to his back. He locks Jason's legs around his arms, turns Jason over for a Boston crab! Jason quickly claws his way to the bottom rope, Chaos lets go.
Tex: For a second there, I thought Chaos had it!
Duff: I knew you were thick, but what you said then was retarded!
Tex: What, I thought Chaos had it won.
Duff: Exactly my point!
