Tyra Foxx is standing by Metamania’s dressing room in the arena at Dover, Delaware. She has a microphone in her as she knocks on the door. A moment later, the door is opened and Metamania steps through, the arena going nuts at the sight of him, in a good way! He acknowledges the camera with a nod and smile before turning his attention to Tyra.
Tyra: Metamania, you are about to walk into another battle with Bulldog, in a ladder match and whoever wins this match will be the one to serve the AWA for a week. Do you have any last thoughts to say before tonight’s match?
Metamania: You know something, Tyra, all week long, Bulldog has been trying to make people laugh with his promos. Now, there is nothing wrong with laughter – it is one of the greatest feelings any person can have. But laughter can be a bad thing when we laugh at the one that’s considered a stinker around the place and that’s a man like Bulldog himself! Bulldog, as far as I’m concerned, no matter how of an amusing man you try to make yourself to be, reality rears its ugly head and clearly shows that you are a man of non-value, right up there with the likes of Jason Stevens! You really have NO serious interest of being in the business and haven’t accomplished anything major recently. And now, you want to get into a ladder match with me, hoping that you can be like the last four and hand me a fifth win? That will NOT happen! A ladder match is going to be brutal and chaotic, Bulldog, and I know brutality and chaos better than anyone else does! I won’t just be flying around the ring, Bulldog, but I’m going to beat you down to a bloody pulp and make sure that you won’t have enough strength left to get back up! Then I will climb that ladder, rig by rig, until I reach the very top, and take off that maid suit that’s hanging above the ring! That maid suit, Bulldog, was destined for you, a pitiful, egotistical servant that deserves to be treated like crap for all the things you’ve done in the business, especially being in that worthless, pathetic stable of yours, The Family, who are nothing but a bunch of conniving punks that will get what they deserve once Canis and I take over the Asylum Wrestling Alliance and re-build Goth’s “empire” from the groundup! All of you think that I’m down and out for the count, but make no mistake it – I’m still here! I’m still alive and no matter how much damage you can do, even if a guy like Harper got me to submit, that doesn’t mean that I quit or gave up! The same will be for here, Bulldog – you can do your worst to me all night long, but I will get back up and I will rise above the competition and lay waste to a stocky, muscular cockroach such as yourself! So I hope you’re ready for one heck of a beating, Bulldog, because after tonight – you are going to be nothing more but a huge blemish to The Family and hopefully, they may just take the same route as they did Jason Stevens and fire you for being both incompetent and stupid for what you do today! I’ll see you in the ring, Bulldog!
Freya comes out from the dressing room and takes her man’s hand and she kisses him on the lips before she takes the fan-proclaimed legend away from Tyra as the couple head down to the gorilla position. Tyra lowers the mic down and stares after them.
Last Resort by Papa Roach smashes over the PA System, as the crowd begins to go insane!! The Canadian Destroyer walks out onto the entrance ramp way with a microphone in his hand. John Harper holds his hands up high with the crowd continuing to cheer. Harper walks back, and fourth on the ramp way telling them to cut the music. Harper stands there with the microphone by his side looking at all the Harper signs, glasses etc.
John Harper: Tonight all my fans are going to witness PAIN!
Harper pauses as the crowd erupts! Harper holds his hands high again listening to the chant.
Harper....Harper....Harper....Harper....Harper....Harper....
John Harper: Hank Henry III, you ready tonight? Are you ready for the beating of a life time!! Tonight you, and I will step into that steal cage match. We will go toe to toe in front of the millions of Harper fans!!!
Harper....Harper....Harper....Harper....Harper....Harper....
John Harper walks to the other side of the ramp way with the fans chanting his name. Harper continues to speak.
John Harper: This match tonight decides who gets a shot at Chase "The Coward" Tomlin, and make no mistake The Canadian Destroyer has unfinished business with this man, but tonight isn't about him or the International Championship Title Hank, it's all about that spotlight at the end of the tunnel right Hank Henry III? I made it clear when I made the challenge I'd show my fans, and the AWA that your a cheating drunk. That you have no skill, and tonight I'm going to live up to my word as always. I will dominate you from one side of the ring to the other!!!
Harper puts the microphone down by his side, as we hear the fans erupt!!
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
John Harper: Hank bring your best game, bring your weapons if you may, but that's not going to gain you victory tonight here in New Jersey!! Believe what you want, but when you step into that ring with The Canadian Destroyer you will be exhausted, you will be out of fuel as you've never stepped into the ring with anything like me!! Tonight there will be pain, there will be blood, and I wouldn't want it any other way Hank. So bring it on Hank, bring your best tonight because your going to need it. As for Chase "The Coward" Tomlin watch closely because your next in line to be defeated!! NO PAIN... NO GAME!!!
Harper....Harper....Harper....Harper....Harper....Harper....
The Canadian Destroyer throws his microphone down on the ramp way, as his music hits over the PA System. Harper throws his hands up towards the crowd with them cheering, as he back off into the back area.
Ronin stands in his locker room, staring into a mirror with a small brush in his hand. He paints his face slowly, preparing for his match against Big Bad Casey. The door to the room opens and he snaps his around to see Ilati enter the room. He smiles at her, turning back to the mirror.
She walks in and sits in a folding chair near a table in the center of the room, watching him as he adds black paint in large circles around his eyes, and thin black lines through his lips. When he is done, he straightens himself and grabs a roll of athletic tape slowly wrapping it around his wrists. She is the first to break the silence.
Why do you paint your face?
He pauses, looking at her.
It’s almost as if you’re hiding behind a mask.
He turns away from her, continuing to tape his wrists as he answers.
I don’t really know. When I started, almost everyone in the locker room hid their face for one reason or another. For some of them, they were working for two or three companies at once, and had to keep their identities hidden and secret from the fans to avoid a breach of their contracts. Others did it because they were embarrassed to let their families see them doing the types of matches they were involved in. I guess I did it to fit in at first. Then when I came back to the States I thought it would help me stand out, or maybe it would inspire fear when I stepped into the ring.
He chuckles.
It’s amazing sometimes the things you’ll do when you’re young and don’t know any better.
He turns back to his tape job, finishing quickly and placing the roll back on the table.
That’s not exactly what I mean.
He looks back at her, smiling.
I know. I guess now it’s more out of habit than anything else. It’s just a part of me now. It’s who and what I am.
He pulls out another folding chair and sits down next to her, beginning to lace up his boots.
Why did you ask?
She smiles, still watching him.
Like I said, it seems to me like you’re hiding behind a mask. I’m just wondering what you’re hiding from.
He snaps his head up, glaring at her.
I’m not hiding from anything.
He quickly ties his boots and stands up walking to the door. He turns back to her.
There’s someone here that I need to rid this company of. When it’s over, maybe we’ll talk. Are you coming?
She says nothing, but nods. She stands and follows him out the door, shutting it slowly behind her.
Vs.
We cut to inside the arena for the first match of the night, catching shot of the enormous frame of Big Bad Casey, who is in the ring pulling off various Karate stances as "The Unforgiven II" fades out from the PA speakers. The crowd wait with bated breath as Casey waits for his opponent
Stormy Canyon: The first bout tonight is scheduled for one fall! Currently in the ring... weighing in at three hundred and seventy five pounds... he hails from Nashua, New Hampshire... he is Big.... Bad..... CASEEEYYY!!!!
Tex: This guy is huge!
Duff: Nahh.. i've seen bigger in McDonalds.
Tex: I bet he'd turn you into a McDuff sandwich pretty damn easily..
Duff: You need to work on your come backs....
Tex: You need to work on your commentary skills..
Duff: HEY!
Just as the crowd reaches a hush, the lights in the arena go out and the fans begins to buzz in anticipation as "Violence Fetish" by Disturbed begins to play over the PA system. The opening riff slowly grows louder, causing the entire building to rumble…
"Bring the violence,
it's significant
to the life if you've ever known anyone.
Bring the violence,
it's significant
to the life can you feel it?
Oh ow, ow!"
A thunderous explosion rocks the arena as fireworks and pyrotechnics fill the entrance area.
“How do you sleep when you live with your lies
Out of your mouth, up from your mind?
That kind of thinking starts a chain reaction.
You are a timebomb ticking away."
As the smoke clears, Ronin and Ila step through the haze onto the entrance ramp to a jumbled chorus of cheers and boos. They walk to the bottom of the ramp and stop.
"You need to release what you're feeling inside
Let out the beast that you're trying to hide.
Step right up and be a part of the action.
Go get your game face on because it's time to play."
Ronin thrusts both fists into the air as another pop of pyro goes off behind him.
"You're pushing and fighting your way.
You're ripping it
Up!!!"
His painted face remains an expressionless mask as he slowly walks toward the ring, pointedly ignoring the fans. Ila stands outside the ring as he slides under the bottom rope and begins to circle Big Bad Casey with heavily set intent. As Stormy exits the ring, "Honest" Hal Smith calls for the bell to signal the start of the match
Duff: Casey's nearly a whole foot taller than Ronin, who's coming in off the back of a few hard fought losses.
Tex: Lets see if he can turn the tide back in his favour this week. He's got his work cut out, though..
Casey dives straight into towards Ronin, looking for the early initiative with a mean looking clothesline, wich Ronin ducks with ease. Casey re-aligns himself with his opponent and swings a right uppercut, looking to break Ronin's jaw in two! But once more, Ronin manages to edge out of the way without a second thought, beckoning his giant opponent on.. goading him to try harder. Big Bad Casey rises to the bait and bounces off the ring ropes, looking to land a massive Butterfly Kick. Ronin is wise to it, however, and slides out of the way before he gets mown down, leaving Casey to Butterfly Kick thin air and end up straddling the top rope, grimmacing as he lands, drawing a goading cheer from the crowd
Duff: WOAH! What the hell?!
Tex: I gotta admit, Duff... in all my years calling matches... i have NEVER seen a man of that size try anything like that before. And he's paid for it big time!
Ronin capitalizes quickly, climbing the turnbuckle and delivering a missile dropkick to the big man's chest causing Casey to eventually fall back into the ring with a giant thud. As he clutches his crown jewels, Ronin drops the leg down across his opponents head... and again... and a third time. He doesn't let up, this time delivering a short drop kick to Casey's knee. Ila nods in approval, urging Ronin to finish the job quickly. He makes an error, however, as he tries to drag Casey back to his feet. Though still feeling the effects of top rope molestation, Casey manages to throw a big right hand into Ronin's gut, driving the air out of the painted one. And another, trying to gain some momentum after his initial humiliation. As he regains his vertical stance, the fists begin to fly at Ronin's head, stunning him a little as Ila suddenly looks slightly worried. Casey then launches into a hook and jab combination, drawing some impressed reactions from the crowd
Tex: This isn't what Ronin needs. Once a guy of Casey's size gets going and starts hammering away at you, it won't be long before you just can't take anymore punishment. Those fists are like sledgehammers!
Casey slows the pace right down, landing another big uppercut - to the chin this time - sending Ronin sprawling to the mat clutching his face. Casey begins to waste some time, still feeling the effects of his early mistake in his groin area as he tries to walk it off. It also gives Ronin the time he needs to shake off the cobwebs and regain his focus without any interuptions. Casey realises Ronin is back on his feet and tries to charge him with a mighty clotheslines, but Ronin ducks and charges into the ropes himself, meeting Casey with a shoulder tackle but to no avail. He stares at Casey momentarily before trying again, this time with a big time clothesline. Again, Casey staggers but doesn't fall. Ronin winds up again and launches himself with yet another shoulder tackle, but is met by an impressive size 15 back kick to the chest, causing the physically inferior Ronin to hit the mat with authority. Again, Casey fails to make take advantage and continues to hobble around the ring favouring his groin
Duff: Casey's got to start taking advantage of these situations! Twice now Ronin has been down and twice he's decided to take a break!
Tex: You just can't afford to do that in the AWA!
Eventually, Casey begins stomping a hole in the chest of his opponent, each boot that hits it's target receiving reaction from the crowd. Ronin reels with each boot that slams into his sternum, though he must be relieved with the five second gap afforded to him in between shots. Casey already seems fatigued as he drags Ronin to his feet but manages to deliver a stinging headbutt to Ronin's skull, the impact heard across the arena. He then boots Ronin in the stomach and sets him up for what looks like a Power Bomb. The crowd begin to boo slightly as he raises his tree trunk arms into the air before pulling Ronin up from in between his legs into the Power Bomb position. However, after a momentary struggle, Ronin manages a thumb in the eye out of "Honest" Hal's line of sight and immediately takes advantage with an attempted Sunset Flip. Casey's having none of it though and, once regaining vision in his right eye, attempts to drop his huge ass into Ronin's chest. But Ronin is too quick and just manages to slide out of harms way in the nick of time
Duff: Jeez! That was damn close to a total wipeout for Ronin!
Casey winces and reaches round to hold his spine. Ronin wastes little time in pressing home his new found advantage by delivering a bulldog to his opponent, sending Casey into no man's land. Gaining momentum now, the mysterious Ronin begins laying in kicks of his own to the stricken giant, who is trying to cover his head from the incoming artillery. Ronin signals to the crowd that enough is enough...
Tex: Wait a minute... how in all that is holy is Ronin going to land The Burn on Bid Bad Casey?!
Duff: Get the forklift out here!!
Ronin entices Casey back to his feet after a moment, sizing the giant up looking for the right moment to strike and plucking up enough strength to land his finishing move. Casey leans against the ring ropes for a moment before turning slowly around, Ronin once more goes for a big shoulder charge but to the amazement of the crowd Casey stretches out his huge arm and wraps his vice like hands around Ronin's throat, prepping him for a massive chokeslam!
Duff: Uh oh!! Ronin's in BIG trouble!
As Ronin tries desperately to break the grip that is cutting into his windpipe, Casey composes himself as best he can and raises his much smaller opponent high into the air to deliver a huge choke slam that will break Ronin in two. The prey looks over to Ila who is gesturing for him to use the turnbuckle to get out of the inevitable bone crunching slam. Ronin begins to struggle his way out, using the top turnbuckle to stop Casey getting his way
Tex: Ronin needs to get out of that vice sooner rather than later here or this one's over!!
Ronin begins to rain elbows in the back of Casey's head, causing the giant to release his grip momentarily. Suddenly, in a swift and fluid motion, Ronin manages to squirm around onto Casey's back before immediately hitting a variation of The Burn, driving the back of Big Bad Casey's gigantic head into the canvas with huge impact. The crowd reacts positively to the impressive reversal as Ronin struggles to hook the leg and Hal Smith counts out the three, calling for the bell after the final slap of the mat
Tex: Great perseverance and ability from Ronin! He turned what looked like a fatal situation on it's head and nailed that modified version of The Burn perfectly.
Duff: For a moment there i thought Casey was walkin' out of here with his first victory! I guess size really doesn't matter!
Stormy Canyon: Here is your winner..... RONIN!!!!
Already heading up the ramp with Ila as "Violence Fetish" blares out across the arena speakers, Ronin clutches at his throat as if he was trying to relocate his Adam's Apple whilst Casey slowly begins to stir in the middle of the ring
Winner:
"Animal" by Pearl Jam begins to blast across the arena speakers causing a stir in attention towards the stage area from the cheering Dover crowd, who raise their home made banners above their heads, flapping them around desperate to be caught on TV for their five seconds of fame. The volume rises momentarily as the Asylum's General Manager steps out from behind the curtain and acknowledges the crowd, soaking up the adulatio without going overboard. He strolls to the ring wearing a light grey suit over a white shirt un-buttoned at the collar with a polished, but not gleeming, pair of black shoes. He reaches the step and walks up them, slightly favouring his right knee and right kidney area - injuries suffered at the hands of Mendoza's thugs a couple of months ago and not yet fully healed. He climbs through the ropes and beckons for a microphone, catching it one handed from Stormy Canyon's throw before raising it above his head, causing the music to fade and a hush full of anticipation to sweep across the sell-out crowd. The General Manager lowers the microphone to his lips
Canis: Well hello DOVER!
Large crowd reaction at the mere mention of Dover
I come before you tonight to address certain issues that have cropped up over the past week or so... some nuggets of "wisdom" that require an answer, and the small issue of Jay Gold, Marissa Swanson and Stacy Kissinger.
The crowd are well rehearsed and instantly reign down a torrent of boo's as the three newest members of the Family are mentioned
Yeah, well we'll get to the brady bunch later.
First things first. For the second week in a row, i've had to sit around going about my General Manager duties whilst listening to Jonathan Porter run his mouth about "being fair" and "mercenaries" and "hypocrites". Now, come on Fang... play fair.
John Harper is not a mercenary to myself nor Metamania. By that assumption, you seem to display a sheer lack of understanding as to what a mercenary actually is, Jonathan. Lets see if Wikipedia can help you out with this one. To quote from that ever-expanding fountain of fact and knowledge - and please, note the sarcasm - "A mercenary is a professional soldier hired by a foreign army, as opposed to a soldier enlisted in the armed forces of the sovereign state of which he is a citizen. He takes part in armed conflict on many different scales, and is "motivated to take part in the hostilities essentially by the desire for private gain and, in fact, is promised, by or on behalf of a party to the conflict, material compensation substantially in excess of that promised or paid to combatants of similar ranks and functions in the armed forces of that Party."
Now, lets assume that we are the foreign army.. after all, we're the ones invading your bullshit Family turf here.. and that John Harper is the professional soldier. For The Canadian Destroyer to be labelled as a mercenary, we must be seen to be offering him private, materialistic gain and material compensation in excess of what's promised to others. Now, ladies and gentleman.. if you think you can smell bullshit surrounding Fang's words... your noses are working perfectly. Because the only people around this Asylum that are linked to any sort of army that promises materialistic gain, enhanced wealth beyond those of similar rank and can indeed be labelled as a "Mercenary" are those that fall under the banner of The Family. I remember when i faced off against Erik Black a few months back and questioned him on why he was sucking from Goth's teet so damn hard. He told me straight up that he was being paid handsomly to do Goth's bidding inside and outside the ring. Now, i'd hate to speculate on what activities he was insinuating towards when he said "Outside the ring"... but at least we all knew that whatever he did in The Family's name inside the ring was for personal, materialistic gain. Because, folks, that's what Goth does. He hires mercenaries to ensure his iron grip on the AWA remains intact. You may be slightly different as you are actually blood-related, but i bet he still passes over the potato's at Thanksgiving dinner where as before he never used to. I bet you now gain favours from a brother you once despised. And i bet Bill, Marissa, Jay and Stacy get more than they ever did whilst upholding their dignities. Myself, Metamania and the people that follow our goal do not seek personal gain, merely a fair shot at what they have dedicated their lives to. Goth rigs the game against anybody eager to uphold some dignity, honesty and self-respect just to keep the blood flowing to his power-hungry boner. Well, that boner began to shrivel up and die the day i revealed my true intentions as General Manager here in the Asylum. Goth's getting a little softer by the minute... Poor, poor Sapphira.
The crowd chuckle amongst themselves to the boner reference before cheering
Heh... that leads perfectly on to the next subject at hand - Hypocrites. Boy, oh boy... Mr Porter can't seem to get enough of the word. If you ever manage to get a copy of his own, personal dictionary you'll probably have trouble seperating the pages that contain words beginning with .H, Y and P. Now, it's quite clear that everybody, at some time in their lives will hold some double standards. It's almost unavoidable. However, people that walk around crowing about somebody being a hypocrite whilst performing the exact same deeds that they seem so infuriated about... that is just not cool. Yes, Fang... last week i moved the goal posts a little and changed a few things to ensure victory for Harper and Tomlin. But unlike yourself and your fellow Family bumchums, i didn't do it to help myself... i didn't do it to help Chase or Harper - after all, what is a tag team victory going to do for either of them... especially when they seemingly hate each other? - and i didn't do it to flex my General Manager muscles.
Nope... i did it for you.
You see, Fang... to be able to understand fairness so that you are eligable to even begin talking about it so self-righteously, to be able to understand what it's like to be one of the many wrestlers that have come and gone through the revolving doors of the Asylum Wrestling Alliance that has been screwed over by Goth just for not agreeing with him, to even begin to understand about the game being rigged in such a way that years of hard work are just gonna be screwed up and thrown into the trash can just for not brown-nosing some freak show... you have to feel a small taste of that same inequality that Goth has constantly displayed here over the years. I may not have been "fair" to you or Goth in the small context of the match... but the grand overall scales of fairness tilted slightly further towards a level playing field for the Asylum combatants once again. You're right, there does have to be "bad guys"... but that doesn't meant there has to be a collective ilk of ass-licking, cowardly mercenaries hiding behind the big bad wolf. How does it make you feel, Jonathan... knowing that the Beast that will be King has to settle for Prince.. or even Pauper? For a man of such apparent "Pride"... i'm surprised you sit there and gush so openly about being in your brothers shadow. You're pathetic.
The majority of the crowd cheer loudly in agreement, chanting Canis' name briefly before quitening down again to hear what else has to be said
As for Jay Gold and his two hussies... i say the more the merrier. All you'll bring to the Family is dysfunction, so i'm not too bothered by the increasing numbers. In fact, i have a few Aces up my sleeve as well...
Tex: What's that supposed to mean?
Your cheap shot last week only served to feed my appetite for bringing down The Family and breaking the walls down for everybody else. You aren't the last surprise in this game, not by a long shot. Oh no, there are plenty more to come. The show has barely begun. So just sit back, relax... and take what's coming to ya. I'll tell you now, though... it will not be pretty.
Canis' face turns serious with those last words, a determined flame burning through his iris' as "Animal" blares across the speakers once again
Frankie Everheart is warming up in his locker room before the match. He is doing splits while military pressing a good amount of weight. He notices the camera and stops what he is doing..
Frankie: Well hello there wrestling world. Are you all as excited as am about tonight? Before the match, though, I have a few things to say. Firstly..Jason Stevens. No..I still don’t think you can fight. Just because you know how to hit some fat slob in McDonalds, does not mean that you can fight. It actually makes you look even more like an idiot for doing it. I say you can fight and you go and hit some old man? Come on Stevens…Come on. That’s a “real tough guy” thing to do isn’t it? Beat up on some old man? I’ll show you the real deal ladter tonight. And I cant forget about Fang. No much to say bout him really…Only that I am looking forward to tonight when I leave him laying there in a crumpled mess and make a name for myself in the AWA. Tonight I RUN THIS TOWN!
The scene then fades

Tex: Three men will be tearing it up against each other this week!
I’ll bet that all three are angry at the fact that there’s no title shot or anything on the line!
Tex: At the same time, at least they’ll get to tear each other apart, Duff!
We get a few shots of the crowd going nuts inside the arena at Dover, Delaware, before we cut into the final shot of Stormy Canyon standing in the middle of the ring, beaming her smile from ear to ear as she raises the microphone to her lips and begins to speak.
Stormy: Ladies and gentleman, this match is scheduled for one fall and it is a triple threat match! Introducing first, from Las Vegas, Neveda, weighing at 175 lbs – JASON STEVENS!!!!!!!!!!!!
The oppening riff for "Room For One More" is herd over the PA, as soon as the baseline kicks in Jason emerges from the back with his mentor Steve Ramone following him close behind alongside Carrie, the crowd are mixed in there reaction to the trio as whilst they hate Jason they love Steve, Jason rolls into the ring and bounces of the ropes as Steve and Carrie take up positions at ringside.
Duff: Jason is just walking back and forth, inside the ring, and staring at the entrance ramp. It looks like he means business tonight!
Tex: You’re kidding me, right, Duff? You’re actually rooting for the guy?
Duff: I can root for whoever I want to, Tex! I think he’ll do fine!
Tex: Oh great – here we go again!
Stormy: Introducing the second man in the match, from Long Pond, PA, weighing at 220 lbs……FANG!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The arena goes dark. A beat starts in the background followed by Rhinanna beginning to sing the beginning of “Run This Town” Red and blue strobes like police lights begin to go off as a form rises from underneath the stage. Jay-Z’s part begins and a spotlight shines on the figure at it shows to be Fang. He is standing in the light in a Black Armani suit. His head is bowed as the music plays. He then looks up as he is joined in the entrance way of the stage by Big Vic Gillot. The two men walk down to the ring The strobes still going off. More men in black suits walk behind the Man in Black. They surround the ring as he gets in. The lights go back to normal as the music fades. Fang takes off the suit jacket to reveal a white tshirt underneath. He folds the jacket and hands it to Vic. Fang nods to Vic and the men around the ring and they walk backstage as he stares down Jason, who stares back in response, but Fang also checks out the entrance ramp, waiting for his third opponent.
Tex: Of all the three opponents in that ring, Fang is to be taken seriously. He’s achieved a lot in the AWA and is now part of the Family.
Duff: That may be true, Tex, but I still think that Jason Stevens will have a shot against Fang and their next opponent!
Tex: Sometimes, Duff, I worry about you! If you feel that bad for the kid, why don’t you just join him then?
Duff: No way Tex! I’m perfectly fine sitting here and announcing the match with you. I’m very much fine over here!
Stormy: Introducing the final man for this match, from Miami, FL, weighing at 200 lbs…..FRANKIE EVERHEART!!!!!!!!!!!
The lights dim as the first notes of Raining Blood begin to echo through the arena. Out steps Frankie Everyheart with a wide grin on his face. He taunts to the crowd before running down to the ring. He doesn’t miss a beat as he slides under the ring. Once inside, he runs to the furthest turnbuckle and climbs it. He does a very high backflip into the center of the ring. The lights then return to normal as the three men get into their corners.
So we have a young superstar, a great superstar, and a dangerous superstar in the ring at one time. I hope the great one wins!
Tex: The great one being Jason Stevens!
That’s right, Tex, and don’t you forget it!
Tex shakes his head back and forth as the bell rings and the action gets underway! With blinding speed, Fang immediately clothesline Jason Stevens out of the ring and he hits the concrete mat as Everheart confronts Fang with a kick into the ribs, Fang unable to move away from the move. Frankie gets Fang in a clutch and strikes him in the knees a few times, Fang taking in the blows, tossing him around this way and that, but Fang breaks the grip with his arms and then headbutts Everheart, stunning him. He stumbles around in a daze as Fang scoops him up and delivers a powerslam! Fang goes for the pin, but Fang doesn’t realize that Jason Stevens is on the top rope and delivers a legdrop to the back of his neck, ending the pin count at two! Fang slowly rolls away and is nearby the ropes as Jason gets back on his feet quickly, kicking down Fang like a dog. Jason then drags Fang away from the ropes and tries to put him in a leg lock, but Fang turns on his back and pushes away Jason, who then gets caught by Frankie from behind as Frankie executes a release german suplex, Jason falling to the mat hard. Fang rushes in with a forceful knee into Frankie’s face, who staggers back and hits the ropes, unmoving, but Fang made the mistake of trying for another clothsline, as Frankie sidestepped the move, grabbed Fang’s right arm, and jumped over it, forcing Fang to flip over and land on the mat harshly, then Frankie goes for an armbar! Fang is roaring with rage, pain flowing through his arm, trying not to tap. It looks like he is about to tap from the pressure, except that Jason Stevens performed a sliding kick into Frankie’s head, ending any temporary attempt of a win. As Frankie clutches his head, Jason tries to sneak in a pin attempt of his own on Fang, but Fang shoves him away with force at the count of two. As Frankie slowly stands up, he is thrown back into the mat, face first, as Jason comes up from behind, performing a small, forward flip, grabbing him by the neck and slamming him into it. Fang clobbers Jason from behind, who staggers into the lower-right turnbuckle. Fang follows it up as he takes Jason’s head and thrashes it into the top turnbuckle a few times, then turns him around and slaps him in the chest not once, twice, but three times in a row! Jason staggers out of the turnbuckle as Fang goes for an irish whip, sending Jason to the other side. Fang goes for a big boot, but Jason ducks underneath it. Fang was so focused on Jason, however, that he didn’t realize Frankie was back up until Frankie did a chop block on the leg that his repaired knee and, at the same time, Jason leaps into the air and takes off Fang’s head with a dropkick! Fang growls in pain and rolls away as Jason and Frankie begin to exchange punches briefly, only for Frankie to elbow him in the face hard. As Jason staggers back, Frankie follows it up with a furious kicking assault into the stomach, causing Jason to keel over, then ends it with a devastating rising knee into Jason’s face! Jason lays on the mat, breathing as blood pours out from his nose as Frankie goes for the count! 1….2…but Fang plants an elbow onto the back of his head, ending the count. Fang picks up Frankie, knees him a few times before ending that short combo with an uppercut, busting Frankie’s nose in the process! Frankie stumbles back into the upper-right turnbuckle as Fang gets a few shots in before climbing up on the top and hitting Frankie in the face with hard rights. Jason is back on his feet and decides to be sneaky, pushing Fang off the top rope and grins with satisfaction as he watches Fang crash into the concrete floor, his right side hitting the bottom of the barricade. Jason then tries to go for a bulldog, but Frankie shoves him off and Jason hits his ass on the mat. He gets up, angry about the attempt and goes for a spinning side kick, but Frankie grabs it and kicks the other leg off, Jason losing his balance and falling to the floor. Frankie goes for a legbar, but Jason shoves him off and Frankie is pushed back as Jason kips up. Then Jason turns around and lands a moonsault on Frankie as Frankie charged forward and wasn’t able to stop himself! Jason goes for a pin! 1….2….but Fang kicks Jason hard in the gut! Fang decided that he’d had enough and sends Jason packing with THE FULL METAL JACKET!!!!! Fang stands over him and laughs, but stops doing so as Frankie suddenly comes from behind and executes a German Suplex and transforms it into a pin, Fang’s shoulders down on the mat, Fang struggling furiously to get out! 1…..2……..3!!!!!!!!!!! Fang kicks out a SECOND too late as Frankie gets out of the pin once the bell is rung and immediately rolls out of the ring as Fang charges after him! Frankie is shocked, realizing what just happened, as Fang screamed at him in rage while Jason is slowing recovering!
Stormy: Here is your winner of the Triple Threat match – FRANKIE EVERHEART!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tex: Distraction was the one aspect that Frankie took advantage of to win this fight!
Duff: Fang is angry at hell at what just happened and…OH WAIT, look at that! Even though my boy didn’t win the match, he got the last laugh from Fang!
Fang suddenly gets dropkicked from behind, causing him to fly out of the ring and hitting the floor. Fang looks up at Jason in rage as Jason stomps his feet on the ground, angry about the loss. Fang then swerves his face, his glowering at Frankie, who smiles and raises his arms up in victory as he is walking up the entrance ramp. We then fade into a commercial regarding the next PPV…

We are taken backstage to the dressing room of Bill Barnhart. He is getting ready for his Ladder Match with Metamania where the loser must serve the winner as a servant for one week. Bill is not yet dressed in his wrestling attire but he has it laid out ready to change into it. Bill looks up into the camera to make a few comments to Metamania.
Hey, Meta, in a little bit you are going to have to step into the ring with me in a brutal Ladder Match. The way we have to win this match is to climb up a ladder and grab a Maid uniform off the hook for the win. And the loser has to serve the winner as a servant for one week. I want go give you a little preview of what you are going to look like having to wear a Maid uniform for a week while serving us in The Family Stable.

Yep! That be about as disgusting as it gets Metamania. We probably won't have you running around The Family Stable for an entire week wearing the Maid outfit because that would make us sick to our stomachs but I still wanted to give you a graphic presentation just to show you, and the fans, how silly you will look wearing that outfit. Boy am I going to have fun with this match tonight! See you in a little while masked one.
The cameraman backs out of Bill's dressing room and Bill closes the door once the cameraman is out in the hallway so that he can put on his wrestling attire for his match.
We switch camera's to find Canis and Metamania inside the General Manager's makeshift office. They are in ligt-hearted discussion before Metamania's match, both looking calm and relaxed
Canis: Well, this is the night your brief losing streak comes to an end. You can do it, man... that old dog isn't capable of learning new tricks. I just hope he can cook up some good egg and bacon sandwiches, otherwise he'll be eating dog food for the week. Go out there, kick some Bulldog ass, stick one to the Family and bring that yelping slave back to my office when you're done... i have some work for him to do
Metamania: Don't worry - I'm going to be giving him a fight that he won't want to forget for a long time. I also have some things in mind for him to do once he loses the match. This is going to be one hell of a match, Canis.
Canis: Once we stick it to the Family with a match like this, we still have a few more nasty surprises in store for him, Meta. They will be going down for the count, Meta, and you and I will be taking over, like we promised we would!
Metamania: Believe me, Canis, the fans will be given back everything they deserve while The Family will be baking under the hot sun and not allowed any quarter or mercy by either of us. Don't worry - I got this match under control - we'll be good to go once I embarrass both Bulldog and The Family at the same time! It's going to be awesome!
The two pump fists as Metamania exits Canis's office and closes the door behind him. We see Canis smiling from ear to ear as we head back to Tex and Duff's announcing table.

Stormy Canyon: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is a Ladder Match! The first man to climb the ladder and retrieve the contract hanging above the ring will be declared the winner, acquiring his opponent's services for the next week. Introducing first, hailing from New York, New York, weighing in at 176 pounds... Representing Canis's Army... METAMANIA!!!
The sounds of an alarm, along with gunfire, blare over the speakers as does the whirling of helicopter blades before the guitars and drums kick off Disturbed's Indestructible. As Metamania steps out from behind the curtain and stands at the center of the top of the ramp, two pyros, from each side, blast a few times. Freya, dressed in her sexy wrestling outfit, walks over to her man, standing next to him and the two take each other's hand and start walking down the ramp aisle. As Metamania begin to make his way down the ramp, the fans explode as Bill Barnhart runs from behind the curtain, driving a hard forearm to the back of Metamania's head, causing the referee to rush to join them as Freya moves out of the way. The bell rings and Bill begins driving lefts and rights to the head and body of Metamania, knocking him off balance enough for Bill to deliver a clothesline, taking the masked man off of his feet. Bill walks over, punting Metamania in the ribs, sending him rolling down the ramp, stopping himself before he hits the ladder at ringside.
Tex: This match hasn't even made it to the ring yet and Barnhart has come out swinging!
Duff: That what this is all about Tex. Bill is delivering a message from the family here, he can't take any chances!
Metamania begins to use the ring apron to get to his feet, but Bill has other ideas in mind as he comes running with the ladder, nearly taking Metamania's head off of his shoulders! Bill slides the ladder into the ring, but stays on the outside with Metamania. Bill lifts him to his feet, irish whipping Metamania towards the steel steps, but Metamania reverses it, sending Bill flying over the steps and connecting with his knees. Metamania leans against the apron, trying to gain his composure for a moment as Bill lays on the concrete floor.
Tex: This match hasn't even entered the ring yet and it's getting out on control!
Duff: This match is still young Tex. If the opening moments are any indicator, we are in for a real show right here tonight.
Metamania begins making his way towards Bill, lifting him to his feet before scooping him up and rolling him into the ring. Before climbing into the ring himself, Metamania reaches beneath the ring, coming back up with a trash can full of weapons. Metamania rolls it into the ring then slides in behind it. Metamania pulls a kendo stick out of the trashcan and swings for the fences, connecting with Bill's ribs. Metamania swings down upon Bill a good three or four times before the kendo stick splinters enough where Metamania can no longer use it. Metamania grabs the ladder, standing it up in the center of the ring, testing it's stability as he begins to climb up slowly. As he gets halfway up the ladder, Bill has gotten to his feet and jumps up, clubbing Metamania in the back. Metamania stops his ascent as Bill positions himself perfectly, pulling Metamania from the ladder and slamming him to the canvas with a powerbomb.
Tex: I think Bill just saved his skin with that slam! I can still see the ropes shaking from it!
Bill falls to one knee, grabbing onto the ladder and raising up to his feet, noticing the trash can himself. Bill lifts the trash can, dumping a sledgehammer, a stop sign, a pair of brass knuckles, a lead pipe, and a broomstick onto the canvas, setting the trashcan up in the corner. Bill stands Metamania up, grabbing him by the back of the head and slamming his face into the trashcan a couple of times. Metamania falls down, leaning on the trash can as Bill backs up, sizing up Metamania before running at him, attempting a running Yakuza kick to the back of Metamania's head, but Metamania falls to the canvas and Bill's boot bends the trashcan in half. The referee pulls the trashcan out of the corner as Bill hits the canvas clutching his knee. Metamania slowly climbs to his feet and picks up the broomstick. Metamania braces himself as he draws back, waiting for Bill to get to his feet. As Bill begins to stand up, Metamania's swing is stopped when from out of nowhere, Jay Gold hops the barricade, climbs up onto the apron, pulling the broomstick out of Metamania's hands, dropping down on the floor and holding onto the broomstick as Metamania turns around into a boot to the face by Bill.
Tex: Jay Gold just got involved in this match and damn him for it!
Duff: What do you expect him to do Tex? Let his friend and stablemate get his head caved in with a broomstick?!
Metamania rolls out of the ring, turning around, right into a wicked shot with the broomstick by Jay Gold! The broomstick shatters over Metamania's head, causing him to drop down as Bill began to climb the ladder. As Baill nears the top, the fans explode as none other than Canis appears from the back, making a bee line for the ring. Bill doesn't notice until it is too late. Canis stands up and runs, dropkicking the ladder out from under Bill, sending him crashing to the canvas! As Canis stands up, much to the excitement of the crowd, he is suddenly met with a spear by Jay Gold. As Canis rolls around on the canvas, Jay stands up the ladder, trying to revive Bill to help him climb. After setting up a table on the outside, Metamania finally rolls into the ring. He then grabs the brass knuckles from the canvas, spinning Jay Gold around and swinging for him, but Jay ducks the swing, backing away then dropkicking him into the corner. Metamania comes out of the corner, ducking a clothesline and landing with a hard right hook to Jay's jaw with the brass knuckles!
Duff: Metamania just knocked Jay the hell out! Thism tahc hasn't been in control since the beginning and it's only getting better!
Tex: The animosity between The Family and Canis is really heating up here Duff and I for one want no part of the fallout.
Bill finally gets to the top of the ladder, just in time for Metamania and Cani to tip the ladder, sending Bill barrelling end over end, crashing hard through the table, then slamming into the barricade! Canis and Metamania set up the ladder and with Canis's help, Metamania gets to the top of the ladder, pulling down the contract, causing the bell to ring...
Stormy Canyon: Here is your winner... METAMANIA!!!
Tex: You know what this means Duff?! It means that Bill Barnhart is going to be under the thumb of Canis for a week! This is going to be great!
Duff: I thought you said you wanted nothing to do with this travesty?! Canis had no right getting involved in this match. It was between Bill Barnhart and Metamania!
Tex: What about Jay Gold?! He interfered too!
Duff: I know! Jay Gold did not deserve to be socked in the jaw by that masked hooligan!
Tex: Oh give it up already! Score one for Canis!
Winner:
Goth can be seen in his office as he is pissed off about the loss of Bill Barnhart, he grabs the phone and starts to dial up a number
Goth: I am going to fix this for once and for all… next week Canis and Metamania will be MY SERVANTS!!!
The shot returns to ringside for the next match

We watch as the 15 foot high steel cage begins to lower around the ring. In a little while Hank Henry III and John Harper will step into the cage for a long-awaited and long-anticipated Grudge Match. While the cage is lowering we turn to Tex Martin and Duff Travers as they explain to the fans, both in the Wolverine Stadium, exactly how this particular Steel Cage Grudge match is going to work.
TEX: This has been a long-awaited Grudge Match between Hank Henry III and John Harper. Ever since Harper arrived in Asylum Wrestling Alliance he has been a thorn in the side of Hank Henry III and Chaplin Graves. I am glad, too, because I am sick of Hank cheating with the interference help of Chaplin Graves all the time. It is about time these two can get into a steel cage, where Chaplin cannot interfere in the match, and take care of this feud once and for all.
DUFF: What are you talking about? I haven't seen Hank Henry III cheat or get interference help from Chaplin Graves. You must have some heavy drugs in your beer Tex!
TEX: I am not going to argue with you Duff. If you want to pull out the video of all of Hank Henry's matches and play them all the way through, you will see that he has been cheating and Chaplin Graves has been interfering in his matches. I know you don't want to believe it but Chaplin interfered in the Ladder Match a few weeks ago and in Bulldog Bill Barnhart's Ice Cream Truck match last week. Anyway, while the cage is being lowered into place we need to explain to the fans how this Steel Cage Grudge match is going to work.
DUFF: Okay, this is a fairly standard Steel Cage match in that the cage is 15 feet high. However, Management has decided to give numerous ways in which to win this match in addition to being the first wrestler to get out of the ring and land on the arena floor.
TEX: A wrestler can win by pinfall, or submission, but not by Disqualification. A wrestler can also win by being the first one to get out of the ring and land on the arena floor. Since there is no top on the cage a wrestler can climb up the side of the cage, go over the top, and then climb, or fall, down to the arena floor for the win.
DUFF: And the final way for a wrestler to get a win in this match is to exit through the only door in the side of the cage. There is one door in the side of the cage that can only be opened from the outside. Therefore a Referee will be stationed at ringside outside the door. When a wrestler feels they want to exit out the door they need to inform the Referee on the outside of the ring. The Referee on the outside of the ring will open the door to allow either of the wrestlers to exit the ring via the door.
TEX: However, should a wrestler not be able to get out of the cage through the door, probably because the other wrestler drags him back into the cage, then the Referee on the outside of the cage will again close the door of the cage until the next request is made by a wrestler to open it. Now that we have that out of the way, and the 15-foot high steel cage is in place, we are ready for the arrival of Hank Henry III and John Harper.
We see Referee Simon Jones inside the caged ring and Referee Chip Long stationed on the outside of the cage where the door is located. ROLLING by Soul Coughing hits the speakers in the Stadium and we see Hank Henry III, along with his friend and Manager Chaplin Graves, step through the backstage curtains and out onto the entrance way. As the two walk under the TRON pyros erupt in a cascade of sparks which fall around them. They continue to walk forward until they reach the landing at the top of the entrance ramp. They look down toward the caged ring. They each raise their hands and wave to the crowd to play them up. The crowd boos them and chants some stuff to Hank Henry III.
CROWD: HANK SUCKS!!! HANK CHEATS!!! HANK SUCKS!!! HANK CHEATS!!!
Hank Henry III and Chaplin Graves ignore the boos and the chants and they walk down the ramp and arrive at the ring. Chaplin and Hank hug and say something to each other but we are unable to hear what they said. Chaplin Graves walks over toward the announcing table where Tex and Duff are located and he sets up a folding metal chair and takes a seat near Tex and Duff. Hank Henry walks up the steps on the side of the cage where the door is located and he walks through the open door, saying something to Referee Chip Long who is on the outside of the ring. Hank walks around the ring playing the crowd on each side of the ring, again to a major chorus of boos. Stormy Canyon walks to the center of the ring to make the announcement of Hank Henry III.
TEX: I sure hope to see Hank Henry III get a major beat down and bloody in the process of losing this match. And I don't feel comfortable having Chaplin Graves at ringside as he always interferes in Hank's matches and I am sick of cheating wrestlers.
DUFF: You have to remember that Hank Henry III is managed by Chaplin Graves and Chaplin Graves has always been excellent in vicious matches such as a Cage Match. I believe Hank Henry III will manage quite well against the Technical style of John Harper.
STORMY CANYON: Ladies and gentlemen, I introduce to you the first participant in this Steel Cage Grudge Match, from Ellis, New York, standing 6 feet 6 inches and weighing 248 pounds, it is HANK HENRY III!!!
Upon hearing his name announced by Stormy Canyon, Hank Henry III leaps up on the top ropes in one of the corners, raises his arms in a victory pose, once again to a loud chorus of boos! His celebration is short lived as the lights in the Stadium go dark and the crowd goes silent. The darkness and silence is deafening then suddenly gold and pink pyros erupt around the entrance area and from the top of the TRON as LAST RESORT by Papa Roach hits the speakers. We see John Harper step out from the backstage area wearing his pink and black wrestling attire, a black and pink leather jacket, and black glasses. When he arrives at the landing at the top of the entrance ramp he stops and poses for the crowd much to their delight. Harper takes off down the ramp shaking hands and slapping high fives with the fans. He arrives at the caged ring and looks up into the ring where Hank Henry III is taunting him. Harper takes his time as he walks around the caged ring before getting into the ring. As he walks by Chaplin Graves sitting in his folding metal chair near Tex and Duff at the announcing table, he says something to Graves which we cannot hear. Whatever Harper said to Chaplin he didn't like it and he jumps to his feet and gets into the face of John Harper. John doesn't back down but gets right in the face of Chaplin Graves and he is jawing at him. We are not sure what Harper said to him but Chaplin takes the smart decision and returns to his chair. John Harper walks around the caged ring, shaking hands and slapping high fives with the fans, until he reaches the open door of the cage. Harper walks up the ring steps and through the open door and into the ring. Referee Chip Long closes the door behind Harper and latches it shut. Now the only way out the door for either wrestler is to request Chip Long to open it from the outside.
TEX: Well both wrestlers are locked inside the cage now so it comes down to who can endure longest.
DUFF: It isn't always who can endure the longest. If you go back to the cage match between Batista and Rey Mysterio a few weeks ago you will see it was Rey's quickness that got him the win in the cage match and not so much his endurance.
PAGE HARRIS: Here is our next participant in this Steel Cage Grudge Match, from Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada, standing 5 feet 11 inches, and weighing 191 pounds, it is JOHN "THE CANADIAN DESTROYER" HARPER!!!
The fans cheer John Harper again as he poses for the crowd again. Referee Simon Jones waits for Harper to finish his posing and then he calls both wrestlers to the middle of the caged ring and starts to give them the information on how they can win the match. While Referee Jones is talking to John Harper and Hank Henry III, Tex and Duff comment on the differences in the wrestlers.
TEX: Okay, Duff, let's take a look at the tale of the tape and see what we have here. First we have Hank Henry III at 6 feet 6 inches and John Harper at 5 feet 11 inches. Giving up 7 inches in height shouldn't be much of a handicap if you ask me. Since Harper is the quicker wrestler he should be able to maneuver around the ring quickly and keep Hank Henry III off balance.
DUFF: But it isn't just the 7 inches of height that Harper is giving up Tex. He is also giving up 57 pounds of weight. So basically you do have a quicker and smaller wrestler going up against a taller and heavier wrestler. Now the way I see it, in a Cage Match like this, the bigger wrestler has the advantage because he can maneuver his opponent into the cage with more force than the smaller wrestler and should be able to inflict more damage that way.
TEX: That is a good point. We will have to see what happens here. But remember that one more factor that might come into play is that the past two weeks Hank Henry III had two brutal matches. One was a Ladder Match where he got pretty banged up and then he had that Ice Cream Truck Match and that inflicted more damage on him. Two brutal matches in a row, where he got banged up, and that could play in Harper's favor.
DUFF: I think we would over-analyze this match forever Tex. I think the best thing for us to do is sit back, watch the match, and call it as it happens.
Hank Henry III and John Harper lock up in the middle of the ring. Both are trying to get the advantage but right now neither is gaining that advantage. They continue to push and shove each other without either gaining ground. Harper releases from the hold, quickly drops to the mat, and with a leg sweep he knocks Hank Henry III off balance and he falls to the mat. Harper quickly lands a leg drop across the throat of Hank Henry and then he jumps on top of him for the pin. Referee Simon Jones steps in for the count. ONE...TWO...and Hank kicks out of the pin. John grabs Hank Henry by the throat and drags him to his feet. He then steps back a few steps then executes a drop kick to the chest of Hank Henry. This causes Hank Henry to fall back into the corner where the cage door is located. Hank calls out to Referee Chip Long on the outside of the ring to open the door. Chip Long opens the cage door and Hank Henry drops to the mat and starts to crawl toward the door. He crawls under the bottom rope and just gets his head through the door when John Harper grabs him by his feet and drags him back into the cage. Referee Long closes and latches the cage door after Hank Henry III is back inside the cage.
DUFF: That was almost a win for Hank Henry III. That was close!
TEX: But not close enough. Remember that CLOSIES only count in Horseshoes and Hand Grenades and this is neither, this is a Steel Cage Grudge Match!
Hank Henry III is still on the mat as John Harper lands a leg drop across the throat of Hank. Harper drags Hank Henry III to his feet, grabs him by the arm, and whips him into the ropes catching him with a clothesline on the rebound. Hank Henry hits the mat as Harper leaps on top of him for the pin. Referee Jones drops for the count. ONE...TWO...and Hank gets a shoulder up and breaks the count. Harper is upset that he didn't get the pinfall there. Harper gets up and starts to pull Hank Henry to his feet. Hank Henry punches Harper in the stomach a few times which causes John to release his hold on Hank. Seeing his advantage Henry rebounds off the ropes and leaps into the air hitting a forearm into the face of Harper. John staggers back a few steps and then comes toward Hank Henry who hits him with an arm bar taking Harper down. This catches John off guard since he wasn't expecting Hank to have very good wrestling maneuvers. Harper manages to get to his feet with Hank Henry holding on to his arm. Hank maneuvers behind Harper and turns the hold into a hammerlock. Harper uses his free arm to swing back and hit Hank in the head with his elbow. Hank Henry breaks the hold and staggers while holding the side of his head. John Harper sees the advantage and he walks over to Hank and drives him hard into the mat with a DDT. Harper heads over to the door of the cage to make his exit for the win.
TEX: It looks like this match is over. Hank Henry is down on the mat and Harper is making his way to the cage door to ask Referee Long to open the door for his exit.
DUFF: Nothing is ever that easy Tex. Until Harper is on the arena floor this match is still going.
Chaplin Graves gets out of his seat and starts shouting encouragement to Hank Henry III. John Harper reaches the cage door and he yells at Referee Chip Long to open the door for him. For some reason Referee Long is having a problem opening the door as he fumbles with the latch. The delay in getting the cage door open allows Hank Henry III to get to his feet. Harper is furious as Chip Long fumbles with the latch of the cage door. Just as the door is opened and Harper is ready to step through the ropes to exit the cage and win the match, Hank Henry comes up behind him and flips him over, rolling him up in a small package. Referee Simon Jones drops for the count as Referee Chip Long closes the cage door. ONE...TWO...and John Harper manages to roll to the side and get his shoulder up to break the count. Hank Henry is furious that he didn't get the pinfall and he jumps up and starts yelling at Referee Jones.
TEX: Damn! Harper would have won if Referee Chip Long wasn't a bumbling fool! That delay in opening the cage door caused Hank Henry to get back into this match!
TEX: You complain about everything Tex! Yes it was a bad break but don't try to turn it into a deliberate attempt on the part of Referee Long to screw John Harper out of a win!
While Hank Henry is arguing with Referee Jones he is unaware that Harper is coming up behind him. Harper ducks down and pulls Hank's legs out from under him causing him to drop face first to the mat. Harper quickly gets up and drops a knee to the lower back of Hank. He then drags Hank Henry to his feet and gets behind him. Harper wraps his arms around Hank Henry and then he drives him forward into the ropes and on the rebound he executes a suplex which lands Hank Henry III hard into the mat. Harper then picks Hank Henry up, walks over to the ropes, and throws Hank Henry into the steel cage. Hank hits the steel cage with his back and then he slumps down on the ring apron between the cage and the ropes. John Harper runs over and starts kicking Hank Henry. Referee Simon Jones gets into the face of Harper and starts pushing him back to allow Hank Henry a chance to get back into the match.
TEX: That was a great series of maneuvers on the part of John Harper. That slam into the steel cage did a lot of damage to Hank Henry.
DUFF: I am not sure it is wise to count Hank Henry III out of this match this soon. He has proven to be quite resourceful in his matches.
While the Referee is trying to keep Harper from attacking Hank Henry, we see Chaplin Graves run up to the cage to apparently gives some support and encouragement to Hank Henry. It appears that Chaplin Graves slipped something through the cage to Hank Henry but we didn't get a clear view to see if we were seeing things. Chaplin quickly returns to his chair and he sits down just as Referee Jones turns around to see Hank Henry crawling under the bottom rope and back into the ring. Satisfied that Hank is back in the ring, Referee Jones steps aside and allows the two to lock up again. No sooner do the two lock up than we see Hank Henry poke Harper in the upper arm with a fork. Now we know that Chaplin Graves slipped a fork to Hank Henry when he approached the cage earlier. Referee Jones grabs the hand of Hank Henry and snags the fork from him. He throws the fork out of the ring and it slides to the arena floor. John Harper holds his arm where Hank Henry poked him with the fork and when he removes his hand from his arm, he sees blood on his hand, and he is furious.
TEX: That's totally disgusting. Last week Hank Henry stabbed Bill Barnhart in the lower back with a fork and now he used a fork to stab John Harper in the arm. I don't blame Harper for being mad as hell over that!
DUFF: It is okay to get aggressive but when a wrestler gets mad they have a tendency to fly off the handle and make mistakes.
Harper is complaining to the Referee about the fork stab and while he is arguing with the Referee we see Hank Henry run to a corner, leap up on the top turnbuckle, and start climbing up the side of the cage to get over the top and to the arena floor. He is half way up the cage wall when Harper realizes that he just gave Hank an advantage. John Harper runs over to the corner and leaps up on the top turnbuckle and he starts climbing the cage wall also. Hank is a few feet from the top of the cage while Harper is nearly half way up. Henry gets to the top of the cage wall and he is trying to put his leg over the top but he snags a lace of his wrestling boots on the top of the cage. While he is trying to get his boot unsnagged Harper continues up the cage wall and he reaches the place where Hank Henry is located. Hank gets his leg out of the cage as Harper reaches the top of the cage. Both wrestlers are straddling the top of the cage, Harper on one side of the corner and Hank on the other. They reach across the punch and push each other trying to get the other to fall back into the ring. The crowd goes wild as they realize that either or both wrestlers could get seriously injured falling back into the ring or worse yet falling hard to the arena floor. The two continue to punch each other until both can barely keep their balance on the top of the cage. Hank Henry manages to reach back and land a really hard punch to the head of Harper. This causes Harper to start to fall off the cage into the ring. Just as John Harper falls off the top of the cage toward the ring, he reaches out and grabs onto the leg of Hank Henry. Now we see Harper hanging from the leg of Hank Henry. Hank tries shaking Harper off his leg but he cannot get him off his leg. In an attempt to get Harper off his leg, Hank Henry maneuvers over the cage and he is hanging on to the top of the cage with his hands while both his legs are inside the cage on the ring side of the cage. With his free leg he tries kicking Harper in the head to get him to release his hold and drop into the ring. However, Harper is not letting go and in a desperation move he reaches up quickly and pops Hank Henry III in the groin with a low blow. This causes Hank Henry to release his hold on the top of the cage and both wrestlers drop from the cage wall and drop nearly 15 feet to the mat. They both hit the mat with a thud with Hank Henry slamming on top of John Harper in the process.
TEX: Oh no! That was a bad break for Harper to have Hank Henry fall on top of him when they fell off the cage wall.
DUFF: Yes, it is bad enough to fall nearly 15 feet to the mat, but having a 248 pound wrestler fall on top of you in the process makes it worse.
Referee Jones just stands there watching the wrestlers since it is useless to do a count since a count out won't matter in this match. The winner must get a pinfall or submission or climb out of the ring through the cage door or over the top of the cage wall. Hank Henry and John Harper begin to stir but it is obvious both are beaten down from the match so far and especially from that fall from the cage call into the ring. Harper makes it to a corner and he pulls himself up and leans back into the ropes. He watches as Hank Henry III manages to drag himself into the opposite corner, pull himself up into the corner, and also lean back into the ropes. The two wrestlers are leaning into their corner looking across the ring at the other. Hank Henry makes the first move as he staggers out of his corner toward the center of the ring. Harper sees him staggering to the center of the ring so he leaves his corner and stumbles toward the center of the ring also. The two attempt to trade blows but both are exhausted and beat from the battle so far and their blows are landing without any effect on the other. Hank Henry decides to try something else so he reaches down and picks Harper up to attempt a body slam. However, being weakened from the match and the fall from the cage wall, Hank Henry cannot do more than lift Harper up and fall backward with John Harper landing hard on top of him. John has the presence of mind to firmly hook the legs of Hank Henry for the pin. Referee Jones drops and checks the shoulders of Hank and then he makes the count. ONE...TWO...TH...and Hank Henry manages to get a shoulder up with a moment to spare. Harper is again angry with Referee Jones. He is blaming the Referee for delaying the pinfall count, by checking the shoulders of Hank Henry, and that if he had just made the count he would have easily obtained the pinfall on Hank Henry. Referee Jones explains that he needed to check the shoulders of Hank Henry to ensure they were on the mat before beginning the pinfall count or he wouldn't be doing his job properly.
TEX: I am surprised that Hank Henry tried to pick up and body slam John Harper before he regained his strength.
DUFF: That's what happens in a lot of wrestling matches. The wrestlers get worn down, or hurt, or both, and they forget they are tired or injured or both, and then they go for a maneuver they are not able to execute properly.
TEX: I am sure they get carried away in the heat of the match and make mistakes which allow their opponent to get the advantage.
John Harper turns from arguing with Referee Jones and he focuses his attention on Hank Henry III. Both wrestlers are still worn down and they realize now that trying to pick up the other needs to wait until they can regain some strength. Hank Henry rushes toward John Harper and Harper kicks Hank in the midsection. As Hank doubles over from the kick, Harper hits a DDT on Hank. He then drags Hank Henry to his feet, puts him into a side headlock, then he runs across the ring and drives Hank's head hard into the mat with a Bulldog. John rolls Hank over and goes for the pin. This time he has both of Hank's legs firmly in his grasp and there is no way for Hank Henry to get out of the pin. Referee Jones walks over and pats John Harper on the back without making a count. Harper looks up at him and demands that he make the count. Jones points to the ropes where the hand of Hank Henry is hanging on to the bottom rope requiring a break. Harper is yelling at the Referee that he doesn't want to break the hold. Referee Jones informs Harper that if he doesn't break the hold he will call the match a Draw and the match is over. John releases the hold on Hank Henry to save the match. Hank lets go of the ropes and Harper grabs him and lifts him to his feet. He then picks Hank Henry up on his shoulder with Hank's head facing forward. The fans watch as Harper runs across the ring and tosses Hank Henry head first into the steel cage. Hank falls backward off the cage wall and drops onto the mat. His forehead is busted open and he is bleeding down his face and into his beard.
TEX: This should be the end of Hank Henry. He is the first one to get busted open and he is going to start losing more energy with the loss of blood.
DUFF: It will be interesting to see if he can recover from the damage inflicted or not. Wrestlers can be fairly resourceful in situations like this.
Hank Henry reaches up and feels his forehead with his hand. When he looks at his hand and sees the blood on his hand he realizes that he is cut and bleeding. Hank is trying to get up but he is a bit dizzy from the head slam into the steel cage. Harper poses for the crowd while Hank Henry is suffering on the mat. He then walks over to the cage door and requests Referee Chip Long to open the door of the cage. Referee Long walks over and he reaches up to open the door of the cage. Before Referee Long can get the latch open on the cage door we see Chaplin Graves run over and get between Referee Long and the cage door. He starts babbling some incoherent nonsense and Chip Long is so confused that he doesn't open the cage door. Harper is screaming at Referee Long to open the door but Chip Long is so distracted that he cannot comply. John Harper figures since the door isn't going to be opened by Referee Long that he needs to climb out of the ring instead. Harper climbs up on the side of the cage and starts to climb the steel cage wall. Satisfied that he distracted Referee Long well enough Chaplin Graves heads back to his chair. Before Graves can get back to his chair he runs into Bill Barnhart who has come to the ring to stop Chaplin from distracting the Referees any longer. Chaplin stops as he nearly bumps into Barnhart. Bill just gives him a big smile, then he kicks Chaplin Graves in the stomach, and then he bulldogs Graves into the steel ring steps. He then picks up Chaplin's folding metal chair and whacks Graves over the head with it. Having knocked Chaplin out he lifts Graves, puts him over his shoulder, and then he walks up the ramp to return to the backstage area. Harper looks over as Barnhart is carrying Chaplin out of the arena then he returns his attention to Hank Henry.
TEX: Good job on the part of Bill Barnhart! Even though he and Harper don't see eye-to-eye on a lot of things, Bill still helped him out by removing the distraction of Chaplin Graves from the match.
DUFF: Chaplin wasn't interfering in the match! He was merely approaching the ring to give advice to the wrestler he is managing.
TEX: So you equate slipping a fork into the ring so that Hank Henry could stab John Harper isn't interfering in the match? So you don't think that distracting Referee Long on the outside of the ring is interfering in this match? You have a warped sense of reality my friend!
DUFF: When did we become friends? As John Harper approaches Hank Henry III to finish up on him, Hank Henry counters him by running at Harper and landing a head butt to his midsection. This distracts Harper for a second but he continues to approach Hank to finish him off. By sheer instinct we see Hank Henry lash out and punch John Harper in the groin. This slows Harper down a little more and drops him to his knees. Harper gets to his feet and he grabs Hank by the arm to whip him into the ropes. Hank reverses it and ends up whipping Harper into the ropes instead. Hank catches Harper with a hip toss on the rebound and as soon as Harper gets to his feet, Hank grabs John and drives him forward and over the ropes to hit face first into the steel cage. We can see that Harper now also has a cut on his forehead and he is bleeding down his face. Hank sees the cut on Harper's forehead so he punches John in the head several times to open up the cut. Hank grabs Harper and executes a nice swinging neck breaker and Harper is nearly out. Instead of going for a pin we see Hank climb the ropes in the corner and start climbing up the wall of the steel cage. Harper sees him climbing up the cage but he cannot yet get to his feet. Hank is nearly to the top of the cage by the time Harper can get to his feet. At first John Harper staggers toward the corner where Hank is climbing the steel cage, but then he realizes it would be easier for him to go to the door and have it opened so he can get out of the cage before Hank Henry does. Harper turns to see where the cage door is located and he realizes it is in the opposite corner from where he is located. Hank Henry has just reached the top of the cage and he is over the top and starting to carefully climb down the outside of the cage. Harper realizes his time is limited so he goes as quickly as he can to the corner where the cage door is located and he asks Referee Chip Long to open the cage door. Hank Henry is about half way down the outside of the cage when he looks across the ring and sees Referee Long unlatch the cage door. John Harper looks back to see that Hank Henry is only half way down the outside of the cage. He turns and steps through the ropes so that he can exit the cage door and be the first wrestler to land on the arena floor. Hank Henry III sees John Harper step through the ropes and Hank does the only thing he can do, and that is to release his grip on the steel cage. This causes Hank Henry to free fall and he lands on the arena floor with a thud before John Harper can step through the cage door. Referee Simon Jones has the Timekeeper ring the bell to end the match as Hank Henry III has just won.
TEX: That was a damn lucky victory for Hank Henry III. He should have lost. If it wasn't for those cheap shots and the cage door being on the opposite side of the cage, Harper would have easily won this match.
DUFF: Lucky? Lucky??? That was totally brilliant on the part of Hank Henry III. Think about it Tex. Had he tried to walk across the ring to get out of the cage door he might have been stopped by Harper if John grabbed him on the way across the ring. So climbing the side of the cage was his best bet. And when he saw that John Harper was about to walk through the cage door it was brilliant of him to just release his grip and free fall drop to the arena floor allowing him to hit the arena floor first for the win.
STORMY CANYON: Here is the winner of this match, by being the first wrestler to get out of the cage and land on the arena floor, HANK HENRY III!!!!!
Since Referee Chip Long is on the outside of the ring he is the Referee to walk over the raise the hand of Hank Henry III in victory. He drops the hand of Hank Henry III and we watch as he slowly walks up the ramp and returns to the backstage area. We return our attention to the ring where John Harper is still in the cage. He is on his knees pounding his fists on the mat as he realizes he lost this match by inches.

The lights in the arena dim and turn to a crimson hue as "Forsaken" by Disturbed begins to play through the speakers. The fans begin to boo as a small flame circles the center of the stage. A few moments pass before the flames rocket into the air. As the flames begin to die down, Chase Tomlin stands in the center of the small flames, looking around the crowd. Chase smirks slyly before stepping through the flames and making his way into the blood red spotlight and making his way down to the ring. At the bottom of the ramp, Chase walks around the ring to the steel steps, slowly stepping up one at a time before slowly pacing across the apron, taking a moment to look into the crowd with disgust before climbing between the ropes and making his way to his corner as the lights return to normal. Chase removes his trench coat and drapes it across the top rope as the music fades out.
Tex: This is going to be a great Main Event! When's the last time we had two champions fighting each other.
Duff: It's been a while Tex, these two are two of our top wrestlers in this federation!
John Harper: I can't deny they can wrestle, but they aren't the best in the federation because your looking at the best.
Duff: Time will tell John, but right now they hold the Gold strap!

The sound of cameras flashing can be
heard as the AWA jumbotron lights up to show Marissa standing on a red
carpet. The scene zooms out a bit to show that she's surrounded by
cameramen. A reporter ducks in through the cameramen and reach Marissa
to ask her a question. She continues to smile as the reporter speaks up again.
Reporter: Well you heard it here folks! Marissa Swanson heads your way yet again. If you love her, or hate her, she's the Universal Champion. And from the way she talks, she will be it for
quite awhile.
The
scene on the jumbotron fades as the beginning of "Party In The USA" by
Miley Cyrus begins to play. Shots of Marissa growing up on the jumbotron fade in
and out until Marissa Swanson appears from out of the backstage area. She stands
on the stage with the AWA Universal Championship strapped around her waist for a
few seconds soaking in her surroundings before making her move down the wrestler
ramp towards the ring. Any fans that are nice to wave at her or blow a kiss to
her catches her attention and she gives them one back, although those are few
and few between due to the large amounts of boos from the jealous women in
attendance. As she gets to the ring, she climbs up the steel steps and up to the
top rope. Meanwhile on the jumbotron, some shots of Marissa having fun at the
beach play. All the men hoot and holler as Marissa now does a picture-perfect

Duff: This is going to be a great match up I can't wait!
John Harper: Does she really think she's going to be the Universal Champion for quite some time? I got other things to say about that.
Tex: You always got something to say don't you Harper!
Duff: Don't get him going Tex.
John Harper: Lets actually get to the action, and see what these two
armatures have to offer.
Chip Long signals for the bell, the bell sounds, with
both wrestlers locking up in the middle of the ring. Chase Tomlin pushes the Universal Champion off him throwing her into the corner.
Chase has a sick look on his face glancing quickly over at The Canadian Destroyer at ring side. Both wrestlers circle the ring once again.
Both lock up again, with Chase gaining the advantage again throwing Swanson into the corner. Chase Tomlin follows up with a running high knee. Tomlin keeps throwing lefts, and
rights sending Marissa Swanson to the mat. Tomlin begins stomping down on her with Chip Long warning Tomlin! Tomlin backs off, with Swanson laying on the mat. Tomlin quickly back on top

Tex: Your right John, the Universal Champion is all over him now!
Duff: He's in trouble early on in this match!
John Harper: He better focus on his opponent instead
of The Canadian Destroyer.
Duff: Couldn't of said it any better myself John.

John Harper: This match is far from over. That Gorilla Press Slam didn't impress me. In fact nothings impressed me so far between these two.
Tex: Nothing impresses you John because your high on yourself.
Duff: Yeah dig your head out of your ass John, and enjoy this match!
John Harper: You two better watch your mouths. These two have talent I can't deny that, but when the time comes The Canadian Destroyer will take care of them.
Duff: Where have we heard that before?!
John Harper: You'll see now pay attention to the action.
Chase Tomlin drags Marissa Swanson to her feet, Irish whipping her, as she
John Harper: What the hell is he pointing at.
Tex: I think he's making a statement to you Harper.
John Harper: He better focus on his opponent instead of The Canadian Destroyer.
Duff: I don't know how Tomlin is standing after that drop kick to the head into the steal steps.
Tex: That had to hurt.
John Harper: Pain is the name of the game.
Duff: No Pain, No Game right Harper?
John Harper: Couldn't of said it any better myself Duff.
Tex: Enough about you John, these two are defiantly giving it there all!
Duff: Both of them are undefeated, and they want to keep it that way.
Tomlin slowly brings Swanson to her feet, as Swanson eye gouges Tomlin. Chase Tomlin staggers down the ramp way with his back to Marissa Swanson. She takes off on a dead run towards Chase, Tomlin

Tex: Holy shit!! How much more of this can Tomlin take!
Duff: This is coming right down to the finish!!!
John Harper: You can tell they both want it badly, they are laying it on the line.
Tex: Your right Harper, they both hate losing!
Duff: Which one's going to come out on top!
John Harper: Sit back down in your chair, and find out. It's not that exciting. Nothing like the cage match.

Tex: How are they still surviving
Duff: Blow after blow what's it going to take to put one of these guys away!!
John Harper: I can't believe these two are running out of steam already. They haven't been through a hell of a lot yet.
Tex: You can deny it if you want John, but these two are going to the extreme to win this match.
John Harper: Your right they are Tex, they are really extreme, but they don't know how to put one another away!
Duff: He's got a point there Tex.
Tex: I don't care what he says these two are Champions for a reason.
Duff: I can't argue that factor either.
John Harper: They are Champions for now, but wont be for long that's the damn honest truth.
Duff: Either way John, this is now, and they are our champions.

Tex: What the hell happend to Goth!?
Duff: What the hell happened to the Family?
After a moment the lights come back up and the owner of the AWA is layed out, bleeding with a note attached to his chest. The note reading, "Part One: BOOM. HEADSHOT. I'M COMING TO DESTROY YOU, JUST FOR FUN." Harper sees the note and shakes his head in confusion. He looks around for the culprit and sees no one as the screen fades to black.
