The show starts backstage where a c camera that is hovering outside Goth's office. There is a creak in the door that reveals the AWA Owner on his cell phone, chatting away to the person on the end of the call. After a few moments of inaudible conversation, the owner spins on his chair and notices the cameraman

Goth: WHAT THE... i'll call you back later.... DO NOT EVER spy on me like that again! I pay your wages, damn it!

The cameraman begins to make a sharp exit but stops in his tracks as Goth calls him back. He cautiously enters the bosses office

Goth: You may as well be useful... i've got some people to address. West!! I hope you are going to enjoy your title reign, cuz I got big plans for you losing it!! And Execution? You….

Caught in mid-sentence, the lights in Goth's office begin to flicker, causing him to look confused up at the lights. His confusion turns to frustration as eventually the flickering stops

Goth: Typical... no matter how generously you pay people they can't even do the basic things around here! This kinda crap nearly cost me my match last week! Anyway.. as i was saying..

Just as Goth is about to continue with his tirade, every single light bulb in the room explodes and plunges the office into complete darkness. Goth, although slightly startled in the first instance, can be heard shouting abuse at the camera guy as if it's his fault the lights have blown

Goth: Well don't just stand there! Surely you've got a torch or something on that camera?! They're the best money can buy!

Indeed, the cameraman manages to switch on the torch on top of his equipment. Behind Goth, against the back wall, there is an ominous shadow lurking over the owner

Goth: That's better.... What? What's the matter... scared of the dark or something?!

The cameraman signals to his boss the shadowy image behind him. Just as Goth turns around to inspect for himself, the shadow races across the back wall and disappears, making the cameraman look a fool. Goth turns back to the camera, quietly seething. He stands up as if to kick the guy out of his office, but the crunching of glass under his boots stops him dead

Goth: Get out of here! You're useless... in fact, you're fired!

The cameraman, obviously devastated, drops his equipment to the floor, much to Goth's fury. As the foot steps of the fired crew member fade into the distance, the camera still rolling whilst lying on the floor, the owner of the Asylum flips his cell phone back to his ear to finish his conversation. As he does, the shadowy figure behind him has returned. Goth is totally oblivious

Lupe is in the dressing room talking with Bill Barnhart before his match to defend the Tag Team Titles against James Crow and Chris Shipman, along with the Co-Champion, Th1rt3en. Iris is relaxing on the bed in the dressing room as she awaits the call to make an entrance with Bill.

LUPE: Bill, I wish I could stay here in the dressing room and watch you wrestle on television. I don't want to have to sit next to a couple who are related and inbred.

BILL BARNHART: Lupe we asked them to come to the Cow Palace as our guests so we cannot just ignore them and make them feel bad. Just sit with them and don't talk to them much if you don't want to. We have more money than they do so buy some drinks and snacks for them during the event tonight.

LUPE: But...

BILL BARNHART: Lupe you are the Puerto Rican. You are the Latina. You are the one who always tells me to be more tolerant of others. Then along comes a Hillbilly and his wife, who just happens to be a blood relative, and now you want to get all prejudiced on me? Shame on you!

LUPE: You are correct Bill. I'm sorry I did that. I will do all I can to make their night an enjoyable one. Good luck in your match with Shipman and Crow.

BILL BARNHART: Har har har!!! Lupe you already know there is never any LUCK involved in my wrestling matches. I don't need luck to defeat Chris Shipman and James Crow. Just settle in with our guests for tonight and show them how wrestling fans act in San Francisco. I will see you later when our match is up. Be careful getting to your seats.

Bill gives Lupe a hug and a kiss and she walks out of the dressing room and down to her seats at ringside. Bill relaxes in his dressing room until he is called for his match.

Whiteout vs. Max Maxim

The scene switches ringside where Tex and Duff are seen talking ringside among the sold out crowd at the Cow Palace in San Francisco, California. There are signs held by fans everywhere ranging from “Serial Thrilla Marry Me” to “Goth Sucks”. One fan directly behind the commentators holds a sign reading, “Where are the Royal Cows at?” Whiteout is already standing in the ring waiting for the announcement of his match.

Tex: Welcome to another edition of Monday Night Insomnia, I am Tex Martin, and this is my cohort Duff Travers!

Duff: And we are live at the sold out Cow Palace in San Francisco California. Boy I can't tell you how many women keep hitting on me since we arrived in town Tex. It's like I'm a god among men here...

Tex: Uh, you mean all those men wearing womens clothing Duffers? They're called transvestites.

Duff has a look of pure horror on his face as the entire arena grows nearly dark just before the opening of “South Texas Deathride” by The Union Underground hits the PA. During the opening of the song dark red lights pulse through the arena as he steps out onto the stage. Just a few seconds into the intro as the music grows heavy and dark he takes three steps forward as huge fountain of red pyrotechnics shoots straight up into the air, making a curtain effect that burns for about ten seconds as he begins to make his way to the ring. As he walks the ramp lights up as the house lights return to normal he glares a hole through his opponent, rolling his shoulders, checking his wrists, rolling his neck, finally clenching and opening his fists before reaching the ring. From the floor he reaches up to the top rope, pulling himself onto the apron then steps over the top rope. The entire time he watches his opponent, Whiteout, attempting to bore a hole through him with a glance, before the music finally dies out. Referee “Simple” Simon Jones goes over the rules and asks the time keeper to ring the bell.

Tex: And we're off to a great start here as these two men are about to go head to head....OH MY GOD!!!

Duff: Wha? What'd I miss?

Tex: Max Maxim just delivered the sickest Clothesline from Hell I've seen in ages! Whiteout is down and not moving!

Maxim just stands there for a moment smirking before picking up Whiteout by the head and slowly heading towards the turnbuckle. Whiteout is slow to move and Max moves into position lifting him up to the top rope of the turnbuckle. Max carefully then steps outside of the ring and hops up unto the top turnbuckle, lifting whiteout high into the air before jumping off into a career ending powerbomb. Maxim gets up quickly and motions for a final maneuver.

Duff: Oh No! The Maxim Deathride!

Tex: I think this may be one of the shortest matches in AWA History! Whiteout can kiss his wrestling career goodbye!

Max explodes onto Whiteout and uses his massive size to his advantage, pulling the smaller man's chest down onto Max's knees then quickly wraps him up into a choke submission maneuver again using his strength to pull him down into submission. Referee “Simple” Simon Jones checks Whiteout to see if he wants to quit. Whiteout is unresponsive. “Simple” Simon Jones raises his arm once, and drops to the mat almost lifelessly. The Referee raises Whiteout's arm again, and it falls to the mat once more. A third time it makes a small thud on the mat as he gets up and tells the time keeper to ring the bell.

Stormy: The winner of this match by KNOCKOUT........MMMAAAAAXXXXXXXXX MAAAAAAAAAAAAAXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXIIIIIIIIIIIIIMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!

“South Texas Deathride” by The Union Underground hits the PA as “Simple” Simon Jones raises Max Maxim's hand into the air as far as he can reach to claim him as the winner. The scene switches...

Winner: Max Maxim

The scene switches backstage where Bill Barnhart is trying to make a call on his cellphone. We can hear what is being said as Bill starts to get flustered.

Bill Barnhart: Why won’t this damn thing work? I know I paid my bill, and it shows that I have signal. Arrg!

Female Operator: If you’d like to make a call, please hang up and try again. If you need help, hang up and then dial your operator. If you’d like to make a call, please hang up and try again. If you need help, hang up and then dial your operator.

Bill closes the phone and waits a second, then opens it again and tries to dial.

Female Operator: If you’d like to make a call, please hang up and try again. If you need help, hang up and then dial your operator. If you’d like to make a call, please hang up and try again. If you need help, hang up and then dial your operator.

Bill Barnhart: I give up! I’m going to use an actual phone since all this technology is very confusing for me.

Bill walks over to his dressing room and picks up a cordless phone. He again dials a number and we hear the same familiar female operator recorded voice.

Female Operator: If you’d like to make a call, please hang up and try again. If you need help, hang up and then dial your operator. If you’d like to make a call, please hang up and try again. If you need help, hang up and then dial your operator.

Bill Barnhart: Damn technology! I just want to make a phone call to ensure that the doggy sitter I have for Iris is okay.

All of a sudden another phone rings, and Bill looks up and walks over to a more older phone set. He looks at it funny and picks up the handset to the rotary telephone.

Bill Barnhart: Yes?

Male Operator: Hi big boy! My name is Carlos. I’m your dirty cabana boy tonight. What’s your name?

Bill Barnhart: This is Bill Barnhart, why are you calling me?

Carlos: Wow Bill, you sound like a big boy, should I come over there and relieve some stress by rubbing hot oil all over that hot and sweaty worked up body of yours?

Bill Barnhart: If you so much as come anywhere near me, I will stick my foot so far up your ass you won’t know up from down! You hear me!?

Carlos: Oh I hear you Big Boy. Loud and Clear. By the way, you might want to look out behind you…

Bill Barnhart: Wha?

Bill turns around and is met with a ‘shocking’ experience as he is being tasered by Ty the Tech Guy. He immediately drops to the ground and after a moment the sounds of electricity cackling stops. Ty walks over to the dropped handset and picks it up, speaking into the mouthpiece.

Ty the Tech Guy: Good Job Carlos. The check is in the mail, along with Bill’s personal home phone number, and cell. Have fun.

Carlos: Oh, no worries. I’m going to be all over him soon enough, if you catch my drift…har har har har!!!

Ty the Tech Guy: Pervert.

Ty hangs up the handset and looks to the jittering body of Bill Barnhart.

Ty the Tech Guy: Bill, you got lucky last time. But no more. I’m tired of your shenanigans and you will see why you’re no better than anyone else, including me. Have fun in your tag match, blubber boy.

Morbius Tassius vs. John Gold

The scene switches back to ringside as Tex and Duff are gearing up for the next match.

Tex: Boy that match between Whiteout and Max Maxim was something wasn't it?

Duff: I don't remember, I think I was sleeping. Where's my beer?

Stormy: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from Des Moines, Iowa, weighing in at 240 pounds, MOORRRRRRRRRBBBIIIUUUUUSSSSSSS TAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSIUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUSSSSSSS!

Not Falling By Mudvayne starts to blare over the speakers as the crowd goes wild. The words, “Greatness Redefined,” come across the titantron. The song builds up through the first verse as Morbius walks out from behind the curtains wearing only a pair of Execution shorts. His hands and feet are tapped to the forearm and shin and he starts to walk down the rampway. He kneels about halfway down and waits. The chorus hits and pyro explodes from the stage and sides of the rampway as he jumps to his feet. He continues to move down to the ring with one fist in the air. Morbius gets on to the ring apron and then uses the top rope to springboard flip into the middle of the ring. The crowd is booming as the pyro dies down. He moves to all four corners and raises his fist into the air and then pats his chest to the crowd showing that hint of old times.

Stormy Canyon: And his opponent, standing in at 6'3 and weighing in at 260 pounds!! Hailing from Boyle Heights, Los Angeles, California!! The Golden Gun......JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHNNNNNNNNNNNNN GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLLDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!

Deep Purple, Perfect Strangers hits on the speaker system. No darkness, no Pyros, no over the top camera effects. As the beat of Deep Purple, Perfect Strangers kicks in John Gold appears from the back grasping a white sports towel. His eyes are completely fixed on the ring as he makes his way past the adoring AwA hardcore fans. Fans try to get a touch of one of the brightest young talents the business has to offer today but he is unphased. When he reaches the ring he slides under the bottom rope, heads to the furthest away corner and raises his arm before tossing his white sports towel into the front row of seats. He climbs down from the turnbuckle and turns, always looking intense and ready for the gauntlet that stands before him in the form of Morbius Tassius.

Tex Martin: Two men that know each other really well, both men that want to go back into the winning mode once more to fight for a title down the road.

Duff Travers: Yeah and both men got something to prove to each other.

Tex: Martin: I don't think Morbius needs to prove anything.

The match gets underway as Morbius gets the upper hand after blocking a right hand from Gold and kicks him against the ribs with a right knee. Morbius lifts the right arm of Gold and then starts to kick the ribs several times, this causing the Golden Gun to fall down to his knees. Morbius runs to the ropes and executes a dropkick to the ribcage of Gold, this causes him to fall down and roll around in the ring holding his ribs. Morbius slowly walks over to Gold and grabs his right arm and places his knee on the ribs as he pulls hard on the arm and bends it backwards.

Duff Travers: Good strategy from the leader of Execution, and too bad that The Golden Boy will come back and beat him.

The referee checks in to see if Gold wants to submit to the pressure that Morbius is putting him in, but Gold refuses to give in. He slowly gets to his knees and then to his feet as he uses his power to push Morbius in the ropes and then executes a slam that sends Morbius hard on his back. Gold holds on to his ribs as he is breathing heavy and then he executes a big time Knee drop to the the face of Morbius before going for the cover. But Morbius manages to kick out at the count of two. Gold grabs him by the head and wraps his powerful arm around the chin in a reversed chinlock. Using his weight on top of Morbius as he is trying to cut off all the oxygen to the brain. Morbius is trying to get to a vertical base and then grabs the head of Gold as he goes for a Jawbreaker. But Gold manages to stop him before then as he pushes Morbius into the ropes and then goes for a running clothesline as Morbius comes off the ropes. But Morbius ducks the clothesline and then out of nowhere Gold hits Morbius' patented finisher on him.

Tex Martin: He delivered New Breed, Morbius' Finisher out of nowhere!!! What the hell??

Morbius goes down to the mat for a long count as the referee counts slowly, One...Two...Three.

Stormy Canyon: The Winner of this match!!!! John “The Golden Gun” Gold!!!!!

Tex: That was uncalled for! Golden Gun or not, that was uncalled for!

Duff: Oh shut it. No one likes a crybaby! I'm glad that Gold won. GO GOLD!!

The scene switches.

Winner: John Gold

The scene cuts backstage and shows the WCC locker room. Suddenly there is a coommotion and the camera pans and sees Shipman with an irate look on his face driving a forklift down the hall. People are diving out of the way as he won't stop for anything. He somehow manuvers it so it blocks access to the WCC locker room. He jumps out and runs off after yelling through the door to WCC. The cameras go back to the ring as "The Funeral March for the Queen Mary" begins blaring all over the arena. Shipman comes out from behind the curtain to a deafing chorus of boos and you suck chants. He shrugs them off as he enters the ring and forcefully takes the microphone from Stormy Canyon.

Shipman: Hello San Francisco. Don't worry, I'm not trying to get out of the tag match later, I'll let them out in time. No the reason I am out here right now is because I want to introduce a very special guest here in the audience tonight. This person holds a spot close to my heart and it is a great honor to introduce Lupe Barnhart.

The crowd cheers at the introduction of Bill Banrhart's wife. Shipman exits the ring and begins looking for LUpe and finds her sitting in her chair front and center on the left side of the ring.

Shipman:There is my beauty. How you been darling?

Lupe: F-off.

Shipman smirks and then viciously grabs Lupe by the hair and pulss her up as the crowd goes nuts. Shipman is begining to turn red and foaming at the mouth.

Shipman: Oh a fiesty one, I like that.

Shipman goes to plant a wet one on Lupe but the Hillbilly punches him across the jaw.

Hillbilly: Let er go you no good armadilla fart.

Shipman pushes the crying Lupe back into her chair and pulls the Hillbilly over the barricade. The Hillbilly lands hard and Shipman mounts him. He procedes to pull a barbed wire noose out from around his neck. He wraps it around his fist and begins punching the Hillbilly over and over again. Blood begins flying off of Shipman's fist and hits teh crowd as it also pools on the floor. Security begins runnogn to rinside to break the fight up. SHipman let's go before they get there and pulls Lupe back up. He begins to caress her face, smearing the blood all over her cheek.

Shipman; I'll see you later tonight.

Shipman goes to try and kiss her again but thinks against it as the crowd cheers as WCC emerges from backstage racing to ringside. SHipman takes off into the crowd and riases his arms taunting WCC. Thirteen stands in the ring yelling at Shipman, as Bill Barnhart checks on his wife.

TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS by Bachman Turner Overdrive hits the speaker. The TRON crackles to life and we see a close-up shot of Bill Barnhart and Iris his English Bulldog. The TRON then shifts scenes to seversl clips of Bill's wrestling matches where he is either administering his Bulldog or Piledriver to his opponent for the pinfall, or he is using one of his many submission moves to make them tap out. The spotlights focus on the backstage curtains and we see Bulldog Bill Barnhart step through the curtains leading Iris on her leash. Bill comes out dressed in one of his trademark wrestling outfits. Iris is dressed in her Pink Diamond-Studded Dog Collar. Bill walks confidently along the entrance walkway and under the TRON. As he walks under the TRON, pink and white pyros erupt causing a cascade of pink sparks to spill down on the entrance walkway around Bill and Iris. Bill stops at the landing at the top of the entrance ramp to play the crowd with a huge smile on his face even though he gets mostly boos from the crowd. He then takes off with a quick pace to the ring. When Bill arrives at the ring he hands the leash of Iris to an attendant at ringside and climbs the ring steps, walks along the ring apron, and then ducks through the ropes into the ring. Bill walks around the ring to acknowledge all the people in the crowd and he maintains his huge smile all the time although the crowd is booing him for his bad turn. Bill then takes up residence in a corner to await the arrival of his opponent.

Stormy- And their opponents. First, from Des Moines IA, weighing in at two hundred and seventy five pounds JAMES CRRRRROWWWW!

Lights go out as the Music begins to play. White strobe lights erupt as the Music picks up. Between the flashes Crow Appears at the entrance of the ramp Roaring with a sort of bestial vigor. He begins to walk slowly down the ramp to the Ring, but before he gets all the way he notices a pretty girl calling to him. Stopping he flirts a bit before regaining his focus on the task at hand. He reaches the ring but instead of entering he stands outside awaiting the arrival of his partner Chris Shipman as The West Coast Connection stand inside the ring staring down on James Crow.

Stormy- And his partner weighing in at two hundred and thirty five pounds, from The Georgian Backwoods...The Reverend CHRIIIIIS SHIIIIIPMAN!

The arena lights go out except for one spotlight on the entranceway at the curtains. A funeral march of drummers, trumpets, and a choir march up the entranceway. They are shortly followed by the Reverend Chris Shipman who emerges holding a bible and cross high in the air and seemingly blesses the crowd. He drops the Bible and Cross before walking down towards the ring until he is stood next to James Crow. The pair look at each other and nod before sliding under the bottom rope. Barnheart and Thirteen are waiting and pounce on the new team of Shipman and Crow. The bell rings.

DING, DING Barnheart and Thirteen start stomping on their opponents. Barnheart picks up Crow and Thirteen picks up Shipman. They take the pair to opposite corners and begin hitting them with left and rights. Barnheart glances over his shoulder and shouts to Thirteen. Shipman is back to his feet and up on the apron in his respective corner. Barnheart heads towards his corner and tags in Thirteen. Thirteen races over towards Crow and picks him up. He delivers a powerslam in the middle of the ring. Thirteen quickly picks up James Crow and hits him with a hard heart punch to the chest. Crow again falls to the mat.

Duff- West Coast have control of this match Tex.

Thirteen tags in Barnheart. Bill approaches Crow smiling and reaches down to pick him up but is this time met by a dirty low blow from the rebel. Barnheart gurns in agony and falls to the mat holding his special area. James Crow gets to his feet and kicks Barnheart in the face with a big boot. Crow then hits an elbow drop before walking to his corner and tagging in his partner Chris Shipman. Shipman walks towards Barnheart and begins mudhole stomping him in the middle of the ring. The ref rushes over and stops him from entering, meanwhile Crow picks up Barnheart and takes him to his corner where Shipman begins strangling Barnheart and Crow hits him in the mid section several times. Thirteen regains his position in the corner and the ref turns around but by this time Crow and Shipman have stopped their dirty tactics and Shipman is now in the ring holding Barnheart in the corner. Shipman delivers a slap to the chest. Then another and another and another. The camera cuts to the top of the ramp where Matthew Toddi and Anthony Phoenix appear from the back, both clapping in approval of Crow and Shipman gaining control over the West Coast Connection.

Shipman kicks Barnheart in the midsection but Barnheart catches the boot and spins him around before delivering a backbreaker. Ship hits the mat in pain and Barnheart drops to one knee. The crowd start to get behind Barnheart as they want to see Thirteen get in on the action. Shipman gets to his feet, as does Barnheart and Shipman takes a swing at Bill but misses and Bill connects with a clothesline knocking Shipman to the mat. Barnheart regains composure and turns around to face James Crow who is standing in his corner. Barnheart connects with a huge right hand knocking Crow off the apron and outside the ring. Barnheart then races over and tags in Thirteen who immediately pounces on Shipman.

Barnheart rolls out of the ring and begins laying in to James Crow by the announce table. Thirteen picks up Shipman and hits him with a right hand knocking him to the mat. Shipman gets up right away and is met by another right hand, then another and another. Thirteen is in the zone. He picks up Shipman and throws him to the ropes before hitting a clothesline knocking him to the mat. Meanwhile Matthew Toddi and Anthony Phoenix begin walking down the ramp towards the ring. Barnheart is still pummelling Crow outside and is oblivious to this.

Meanwhile, Matthew Toddi is up and on his feet. He rolls into the ring and stands awaiting Thirteen to turn around. The ref is hanging out of the ropes facing Phoenix who is pleading innocence. Toddi awaits Thirteen to turn around as if he is ready to hit his famous TKO finisher. Thirteen Turns around but before Toddi can do anything Thirteen kicks him in the balls and hits another LIGHTS OUT DDT. Thirteen then picks up Shipman and delivers yet another LIGHTS OUT DDT. He shouts on the ref to make the count as he covers Shipman. Barnheart is up and lacing Phoenix with lefts and rights knocking him to the floor. The ref counts...

Winners: West Coast Connection

The show comes back from a break as we see a figure standing in the middle of the ring, clothed in a way that nobody can recognize him. He is wearing a mask of a clown and is wearing an overall as he stares at the camera as he starts to speak

Figure: Goth, I hope you liked the lights going on and off on you. I know it almost cost you your match and you know something old man? I haven’t had so much fun in over a year that I thought to myself… let’s just do it all again. Wouldn’t you agree>

Figure: So I went to your office and thought to myself instead of amusing myself with games. I would just come out myself and make your life even more complicated as I want you in the….

Suddenly Goth’s music hits and the owner comes towards the ring confronting the figure

Goth: And who in the hell do you think you….

Just as Goth gets in the ring the lights start to flicker once again and when the lights come back on we see Goth then standing on his own. He looks around to see the mysterious figure now suddenly on the Titan Tron as he is seen in his office smoking a cigar and the mask is on his table. His face can’t be seen as it is too dark, but it leads Goth wonder who it is

Fang vs. Hank Henry III

Stormy: The following contest is a First Blood Match for the AWA Internationalllll Championshiiiip!!!

The crowd cheers but dies down somewhat as “Rolling” by Soul Coughing begins to play. Hank Henry comes out from the backstage area alongside his limping manager, Chaplin Graves. The two slowly come down the entrance ramp. Hank plays to the crowd a bit before making a belt motion as Stormy announces him into the arena as he gets closer and closer to the ring, wearing a cowboy hat.

Stormy: Introducing first, the challenger, from Ellis, New York, weighing in at 248 pounds…Hank Henry!!!

Hank’s music keeps playing as he walks up a set of the steel steps. He gets into the ring and then waits for his opponent. Chaplin picks a spot at ringside as everyone now waits for the current AWA International Champion.

Hank’s music cuts and the arena goes dark and fog hits the entrance as red light fills the fog. Seven Days of the Wolves by Nightwish cues up and the fans begin to boo. On the titantron a big quill pen and a piece of black paper appear. The Pen looks as if it's writing something and then the paper turns and in large cursive red letters is the name Fang. Then under that the phrase "Sign your name on the line and your soul is mine". Fang walks out of the fog wearing a suit and tie and carrying with him a rolled up piece of black paper in his right hand. Around his waist is the International Championship belt… He makes his way to the ring as the lights come back up, and he looks around at the crowd. He holds up the paper and mouths "YOU ALL WANT SOMETHING" and then he rubs his fingers together "IT'S GOING TO COST YOU". Fang looks out at the crowd and taunts them before he takes off his suit jacket and hands it to a ring attendant. He loosens his collar and rolls up the sleeves on his dress shirt before the referee assigned to this match comes over and takes the International Championship away from him as Stormy Canyon is back to work.

Stormy: And his opponent, from Long Pond, Pennsylvania, weighing in at 220 pounds…he is the current AWA International Champioooon…FAAAAAAANG!!!

Fang nods and looks very confident as he heads for the center of the ring. Hank follows suit and the two immediately hook up, even before the bell is called for to start the match. The bell is rung as Fang immediately begins to ride Hank down to the canvas. As he gets him there, Fang latches his arm around the head of Hank. He brings him partially upwards before executing a German Suplex. Fang keeps himself attached and delivers a second German, before going for a third. He lands it and then releases Hank.

Chaplin slaps the mat in frustration and winces, realizing that hurt.

Duff: And the International Champion out and running. Only way Hank can win this, and I’m laying this out there right now…the fork.

Tex: Not everyone has to cheat to win Duff.

Duff: Yeah, but Hank isn’t everyone. Neither is Fang.

Fang looks over at Chaplin briefly before rolling out of the ring. Fang goes over to Stormy and directs her to give him her steel chair that she’s sitting on. Stormy gives it up and Fang takes it, bringing it back into the ring with him. Hank is about to get up but Fang wails Hank right in the back with the chair, causing Hank to fall forward. Fang grins a sick grin as he takes the chair and thrusts the top of it into the neck of Hank. Hank groans but then rolls partially and reaches his hands up, grabbing the legs of the chair. Fang and Hank get into a tug-of-war with the chair that Hank finally wins. He works his way to his feet as Fang backs up and rolls out of the ring. He digs underneath the ring and comes out with a SECOND steel chair. He comes back into the ring, scrambles to his feet and the two go to hit one another with their respective steel chairs…at the same time. Chair hits chair and neither looks pleased at all. Both toss their chairs aside and Hank goes to grab Fang. Fang however pushes off and goes to deliver a short arm clothesline. Hank however is thinking the same thing and both end up down on the mat.

While both men are down Chaplin limps closest to where Hank lays and pulls out the trademark fork. He slides it into the ring and Chaplin then yells at Hank to get up and take it. Hank hears him as he rolls over and grabs the fork. Fang is just getting up. Hank gets to his feet as well and goes to fork Fang, but Fang ducks and Hank goes right by. Fang grabs Hank’s fork from behind and goes to stick it in his back, but Hank spins out of harm’s way. Hank reaches back and grabs Fang’s head, dropping him with a bulldog.

Duff: He must have learned that from Bobby Bunhart!

Tex: Oh brother…

Hank looks down at Fang and swipes his fork back. Hank gets angry and goes to plunge his special fork into the forehead of Fang, but Fang rolls out of the way and Hank forks the canvas as the crowd boos. Fang stands back up as Hank pulls the fork out of the mat. He isn’t able to do it fast enough though and Fang is able to hit the Fatal Shot on Hank. The crowd ohs, then boos even louder.

Duff: Fang CLEARLY in the catbird seat now!

Fang rolls out of the ring again and wastes no time in digging under the ring again. He pulls out a table, pushes it into the ring and rolls back in behind it. While he goes to set it up though, Hank begins to get his way to his feet. Hank takes his fork and goes to fork Fang in the back, but Fang senses it and delivers an elbow right to the face of Hank. Hank staggers backwards as Fang finishes setting up the table. Hank comes back at Fang, again looking to fork him, but Fang delivers a knee lift and then lifts Hank up and over. Hank falls through the air, crashing right through the table! The crowd ohs at the carnage as Fang turns to see if Hank is bleeding. But he is not. He does see that Hank has dropped the fork, so Fang goes to grab it again as the crowd noise picks up.

Tex: Wait! That’s Max Maxim!

Max Maxim comes down the ramp and slides into the ring. He dives for Chaplin’s fork at the same time that Fang does. Max comes up with it though and grins and nods his head. Fang’s eyes go wide as he backs up. Hank meanwhile begins to get up from the broken shards of the table. Hank looks to Max, who just tosses him the fork then slides back out of the ring. The referee looks at Max with a questionable look on his face. Max then begins to root on Hank. Fang looks very distracted as Hank runs at Fang now. Fang ducks as Hank approaches him. Hank however puts on the brakes and turns back around, stabbing Fang right in the forehead with the fork. A trickle of blood can be seen and the referee immediately calls for the bell. Fang can’t believe it and looks very frustrated. He shoves Hank aside then slides out of the ring. Max Maxim however doesn’t go anywhere as he waits for Fang. The two begin to exchange blows as Stormy Canyon makes her announcement.

Stormy: Here is your winner of the first blood match…and the NEW AWA International Champion…Hank Henryyyyy!!!

“Rolling” by Soul Coughing hits as the International Championship belt is passed into the ring. Hank takes it from the referee as Chaplin Graves applauds. Hank rolls out of the ring and rejoins his limping manager. Meanwhile Fang and Max have brought their battle to the side of the stage. The two disappear behind the curtain still going at it as the scene cuts back to Tex and Duff.

Tex: Max costs Fang here, which means the International Championship WILL be a triple threat match at Breakout!

Duff: I’m sure Goth is in a RAGE backstage, and I don’t blame him! Max Maxim will get what’s coming to him at Breakout!

The camera cuts to views of the crowd for a short bit before the scene fades…

Winner: Hank Henry III

Deep Purple, Perfect Strangers hits on the P.A system and after a few seconds John Gold appears from the back wearing his in-ring attire. He is soon followed by his “Assistant” Terry Stone who is wearing his usual sharp designer suit and is carrying a white steel chair. The pair make their way down to the ring and when they reach it John Gold slides under the bottom rope and gets right to his feet. Terry Stone makes his way around the ring until he reaches the steps and climbs up before stepping through the middle rope and resting himself in a corner still holding the chair.

Duff- I wonder what these two are doing out here Tex?

Tex- I think were about to find out Duff.

Gold steps over towards the far corner where he asks for a mic. The ring announcer grants his wish and hands him a mic. The music cuts and Gold returns to the centre of the ring before speaking.

Gold- A few people backstage think that they deserve some answers. Last week when the shit hit the fan it may have came across to a few people that my heart was not with AXiOM. So let without any more waiting around I’d like to ask my fellow AXiOM members out here so I can lay this to rest once and for all. Matthew Toddi, Chaos and Anthony Phoenix please come out to the ring right now.

Tex- Here we go folks. Let’s see what’s about to go down in the Asylum!

Drowning Pool hits on the speaker system and after around four minutes Matthew Toddi and Anthony Phoenix appear from the back without Matthews brother Chaos. The pair make their way down to the ring, Phoenix in his ring attire but Toddi wearing jeans and an AXiOM t-shirt. They both look quite intense as their eyes are fixed on John Gold who still stands in the centre of the ring. When they reach the ring Toddi rolls under the bottom rope and Phoenix jumps up and steps through the second rope. The music cuts as the pair stand awaiting John Gold’s explanation.

Gold- Ok so I’m guessing the two of you think you deserve an explanation right? Well yes, you’re probably correct. Which is why Ive brought you out here tonight. Matthew, after our match last week the West Coast Connection attacked you and I stood by and watched as they beat you down. I admit, I was pissed off. You beat me by using dirty tactics which I did not expect from you when you faced off against one of your so called friends. I walked away from the scene not giving a shit about you or AXiOM and I hold my haDeep Purple, Perfect Strangers hits on the P.A system and after a few seconds John Gold appears from the back wearing his in-ring attire. You beat me by using dirty tactics which I did not expect from you when you faced off against one of your so called friends. I walked away from the scene not giving a shit about you or AXiOM and I hold my hands up, it was a heat of the moment situation and I apologise profusely. Please accept my apology and take my word that if ever anything like that ever happens again I will have your back one hundred percent. Please, shake my hand Matthew, I’m sorry.

Tex- Wow, an apology from Gold. He must value his place in AXiOM a hell of a lot.

Gold extends his hand to Matthew Toddi who is stood looking deep in thought. He glances over towards Anthony Phoenix who shakes his head and shrugs his shoulders. After several minutes of Toddi pondering his choice the AXiOM leader extends his hand and shakes it with John Gold and accepts the apology from the Golden Gun. Gold nods his head in approval and smiles. The pair disconnect the handshake and Gold continues.

Gold- Now I turn my attention to the “Golden Age” Anthony Phoenix. The “Greatest Universal Champion” ever to grace the Asylum Wrestling Acadamy. Anthony, You and I have never really seen eye to eye but when I joined AXiOM I was willing to put everything behind us and move on. I was willing to forgive and forget but there’s something bugging me that I can’t quite shake off but I just don’t know what it is. Maybe it’s the fact that you think you’re the best and that you believe you really are going to be the next Universal Champion. Because you see, if that is true, then that leaves you and me in a slight predicament. You see, if you become the Universal Champion, that means I will soon be facing you for the strap. And if you and I have to face off against each other, I think all those bad memories and uncomfortable thoughts will come flooding back, and I don’t think I will be able to hold back on you Anthony. This is why I have come to a decision.

Gold drops the mic and takes three steps over towards Anthony Phoenix so he is standing face to face with him. Gold stares into the eyes of Phoenix. Phoenix has his fists tightly clenched as he obviously expects an attack from Gold. However John Gold breaks into a smile and offers his hand in friendship. Phoenix looks down at Gold’s hand. Matthew Toddi is stood looking on waiting for something to go off and Terry Stone is still leaning in the corner grasping his white steel chair. After a few minutes, Anthony Phoenix shakes the hand of John Gold and the pair smile at each other. Matthew Toddi nods in approval and begins clapping as Drowning Pool hits on the speaker system.

Tex- Well there we have it folks, AXiOM is as strong as ever!

Gold releases his handshake with Phoenix and takes a few steps back whilst still smiling and nodding his head towards Phoenix. Matthew Toddi gives Gold a nod of approval before backing up and rolling out of the ring under the bottom rope. Phoenix is still stood smiling towards Gold and he gives him a nod before turning around and making his way to the ropes. Before he reaches the ropes though, Terry Stone moves out of his corner and pulls the steel chair back over his head. As Phoenix bends down to step through the middle rope he is met with the steel chair across the back. He falls back inside the ring onto the mat and Stone again cracks him over the back. The music cuts. Phoenix tries to get to his feet but this time he is met with the chair to the back of his head which knocks him unconscious.

Duff- Oh my god! I knew it! I knew it! He’s never liked Phoenix since day one!

Matthew Toddi turns around and sees what is occurring and is quick to make his way back down to the ring. When he reaches it he jumps up onto the apron and Terry Stone turns around and waves the chair towards him, inviting him to enter the ring. Toddi looks on down at the fallen Anthony Phoenix. He is eager to get inside the ring and help him but he knows that if he does, he will be out cold on the mat with his stable buddy. Stone again turns his attention to Phoenix and cracks him over the head again before handing the white steel chair to a smiling John Gold. Terry Stone grabs Phoenix by the hair and pulls him up to his feet before bending down and lifting him up into a TORTURE RACK submission move. Although Phoenix is still unconscious the pain must be unbearable as Stone holds onto him for almost three minutes. Toddi again looks to make his way into the ring but Gold points over to him and shakes his head. Toddi backs off again.

Terry Stone releases the hold and Gold hands him the chair back. Deep Purple, Perfect Strangers hits on the speaker system as Gold rolls out of the left side of the ring and Stone steps out of the right side. Once out of the ring Toddi enters and quickly moves across to the aid of the destroyed Anthony Phoenix. Gold and Stone make their way up the ramp walking backwards both smiling and pointing towards the ring. The scene fades with the pair disappearing behind the curtain. What does this mean for AXiOM? What does this mean for the AWA? The scene switches backstage...

Goth can be seen talking to his sister as he confronts her about something, he sees the camera and slams the door shut, making us wonder what they were talking about

Shane West vs. Anthony Phoneix

Stormy:The following contest is scheduled for one fall and is for the Universal Championship!!! The first wrestler to come down the aisle stands in at 5’11 and weighing in at 215 pounds!! Hailing from Arlington, Virginia!!! Anthony Phoenix!!!he lights go out with just a solid spot light aimed at the middle of the stage. As the guitar riff of “The Truth Shall Set Me Free” starts Phoenix walks out with his hood over his head. He stands in the middle of the spot with his head down. When the lead singer starts to sing, Phoenix looks up and rips off his hood. He holds out his arms as he taunts the crowd, getting a mixed reaction from the crowd.

Phoenix then starts to walk towards the ring with the spot light still on him and with a smirk on his face. Phoenix stops right as he gets to the ring. He shakes his head and walks over to the ring steps and walks up the steps slowly and deliberately. Once on the apron, he enters the ring.

Once inside Phoenix walks to the middle of the ring all the while the spot is still on him. When he reaches mid ring he stares at the camera as he holds his arms up forming an 'X'. Phoenix scowls at the camera as the song ends.

Stormy:And his opponent, standing in at 6’0 and weighing in at 220 pounds!! Hailing from Fayetteville, North Carolina!!! The Universal Champion!!! Shane West!!!

The lights go out, and a strobe starts flashing, as the first notes of “Its a Fight” by 3-6 Mafia hits. As “Its Going Down” hits, Shane West steps from behind the curtain, stopping at the top of the rampway, he pats his chest a few times and smiles, a flash of his confidence shining through. Standing at the top of the rampway, pyrotechnics go off, white in color. His eyes remain focused on the ring though, as he loosens up at the top of the rampway, and runs down the rampway sliding into the ring. He runs to the far rope, and jumps on it, perching himself, and pointing to the crowd on that side, before springboarding off, and moving to another side. Finally, when he has posed for every side of the ring, he walks to his turnbuckle, removing his jacket, and drapes it over the rope. He climbs the turnbuckle, standing on the second rope, and leans over it, staring out at the crowd, as they continue to react to his presence, cheering.

Tex: This is going to be for the gold, these two have faced each other before in the past as it was Phoenix who was the champion at that time. Let’s see how this time around will happen.

The bell rings as Phoenix charges in on West, who just undid himself of the championship belt and handed it to the referee. Phoenix throws him out of the ring where West lands on his shoulder on the concrete floor as Phoenix takes advantage off it by grabbing him by the arm and pulls him up to his feet before driving the champion down with a single arm DDT on the arm. This causes West to scream out in pain because off the effect of it.

DUff: I got a feeling that West is going to be in a lots of pain, no matter how this match will turn out.

Phoenix grabs a chair and places the arm across the steel ring steps as he sets the chair up to slam it into the shoulder of the champion. But just as he swings it it is West that quickly gets his arm out of harms way and Phoenix to hit nothing more than the steel chair with a loud bang. Phoenix puts his hands to his ears because of it and holds his ears as West gets the chance to get up and grabs the chair that Phoenix dropped and blasts the challenger in the stomach area before slamming the chair down across the back. This causes Phoenix to fall down on the concrete floor before West puts the chair on his back and delivers a leg drop across the back of the challenger and the chair.

Tex: Damn that got to hurt!!!

West then looks under the ring apron and grabs a ladder, he sets it up across the announce table and the table of the Spanish announce team. He then grabs Phoenix by the legs and sets him up for a slingshot. He falls backwards, causing Phoenix to hit chest first and face first into the ladder that he was laying underneath and holds his mouth as we see blood coming out of his mouth.

DUff: Wow!!! That’s inventive!!!

West looks up at the crowd who are cheering him on, he lifts his arms in the air as a signal that he wants them to get louder. He grabs Phoenix by the legs and drags him from underneath the ladder and pulls him up to his feet as he holds him by the arms. He then sets Phoenix up for a Suplex, but then wants to drop him across the ladder. As he moves forward with his opponent he gets surprised by the fact that Phoenix somehow manages to escape the grip of West and lands behind West as he pushes West into the ladder with his stomach. This causes West to scream in pain before it gets followed up by slamming the head of West into the ladder. Phoenix then tosses West into the ring as he jumps on the ring apron and onto the ropes before delivering a leg drop across the ring ropes and goes for the cover, but West kicks out at the count of 2. Phoenix looks up as he doesn’t believe it when he points towards the turnbuckles as he climbs them and jumps off for a frogsplash. But as he hits the move it is West that rolls out of the way. Both men are spend and coughing up blood when suddenly we see Fang and Jinx run out as well as The tag team champions 13 and Bill Barnhart. Goth is looking on as he is watching all the wrestlers gang on West with a great intensity on his face. Just as Phoenix is purching on the turnbuckles for a splash as all the others are battling West when suddenly the lights go out. Some loud screams and thuds can be heard. And when the lights comes back on everyone is flattened in the ring as West is standing over Phoenix with his foot over his chest as Max Maxim stands on his left with a chair in his hand and Ty the Tech Guy on his right with a chair in his hand as well Stormy:The winner of this match!! And still AWA Universal Champion!!! Shane West!!

West his music hits as we can see Goth looking irate over the whole situation that has happened as he demands the microphone.

Winner: Shane West

Goth: You know something West? I have an idea. Next week at Break Out you are banned from the arena. Security won't even allow you in the building. At Insomnia you not only have to contend with Matthew Toddi as your number one contender. You also have to content with the entire Family, Axiom and your pathetic friends of the Execution as you and Toddi are going to be facing each other in a Lumber Jack Match inside a steel cage!!! And to top it all off my dear friend… I will be the special guest referee!!!!

Tex: What!!!! That’s unfair!!

DUff: How come?? Goth is the only man that is capable for a match like this!!!!

Goth stares at West as the show comes to an end as the others are still fighting each other
